Vida Fitness & Wellness Center, LLC offers group exercise classes and promotes nutritional and wellness seminars. Vida Fitness & Wellness Center, LLC is a limited liability company co-owned by Shayla Anderson and Michelle Birschbach.
Most of our classes will have a $5 drop in fee or you will be able to purchase a Vida Pass for $45 which will allow you to take any and all of the standard classes we offer in a given month.

Plyometrics
Description: A 30-45 minute plyometrics class for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Plyometrics or "plyos" are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength)
Aerobics
Description: Cardio workout choreographed to music ranging in 132 bpm - 154bpm that will increase the intensity of your workout from low to high and back down to low to burn up those extra calories and really get the heart pumping.
Tabata Stations
Description: A Tabata style station workout that effectively creates a total body workout. Exercises are done via different stations with periods of work followed by periods of rest. Each workout is 30-45 minutes in length.
Butts & Guts
Description: Butts & Guts is a 30 minute workout that focuses alternatively on glutes and core muscles.
Group Fitness
Description: Basic cardio that is set to music (132 bpm) followed by set your own goal / pace circuit stations. Low Impact. 45 minute class. Ends with stretching.
Core de Force®
Description: 30 Minute CORE DE FORCE classes represent the mixed martial arts-inspired training right from the start, with a Shadow Boxing Warm-Up. After the Warm-Up, the work portion of class falls into blocks: MMA, Fight Conditioning, and MMA Plus. Each block features Rounds of high-energy, calorie-burning, core-strengthening work while challenging the mind with combinations and coordination efforts. A series of flexibility stretches in the Cooldown rounds out the total-body experience.
Stix and Kicks
Description: Stix and Kicks is a combination cardio and strength class with both simulated drumming with weighted drum sticks and cardio dance moves! So much fun you have to experience it! Each workout is approx. 45 minutes in length.
Ugi® Total Body
Description: Ugi® is the ultimate 30-minute workout that combines strength, cardio and core training into the most fun and challenging way of becoming functionally fit. Class Size: Class size limited to 14 at the moment (if there is more interest, more Ugi® balls will be obtained). First come, First served.
Total Body Circuits
Description: Total Body Circuits incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells and bands for a total body workout.
Boot Camp
Description: Boot Camp is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns.
Tighten & Tone
Description: A class designed to target a variety of different muscle groups. The goal is to increase the weight with fewer repetitions creating strong & toned muscles.
Cardio Kettle Fusion
Description: This whole-body workout uses your favorite kettlebell moves and fuses it with cardio for approx. 40 minutes of calorie-torching fun! Focus on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Do not be intimidated, the class is easily modifiable for all fitness types!
Total Body Conditioning
Description: Total Body Conditioning incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells for a total body workout.
Strength & Tone
Description: A class designed to target a variety of different muscle groups. The goal is to increase the weight with fewer repetitions creating strong & toned muscles.
