While the atmosphere at VB3 is undoubtedly fun, we take our food seriously. Award-winning Chef Michael Colletti incorporates seasonal, local ingredients into signature small plates that are somehow both nostalgic and modern. Our lunch and dinner menus consist of unique appetizers, salads, pizzas, pastas and entrees. We serve familiar favorites such as Arancini, ribs and chicken wings, but prepare them with unexpected ingredients and flavors to make them unique.
