This was my second time doing a group lesson. We had so much fun. Noel was so sweet and helpful. She made the whole experience so fun. We will definitely be coming back!
So much fun! The instructors are very knowledgeable and will help in any way you need. Great for groups or individuals. Can’t wait to come back again!
I love Villa Ceramics! It is such a great place to develop a new hobby and have a great social experience. I have enjoyed their open studio memberships and also their 6 week intermediate course. I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. They have wonderful people who work there. The owners are so friendly, supportive and helpful. They also have one time classes that are a really fun way to try out making pottery. I am so glad I gave it a try and have loved every interaction I have had with them. I will attach some photos of what I made during their 6 week intermediate class. We learned how to make lidded jars, pitchers, nesting bowls and plates. If you are thinking about trying it I’d say definitely give it a try. You will love it.
We had an amazing time here! Both my husband and I have never used a wheel before and we came away from our lesson with 2 recognizable pieces each haha! It's a little pricey so we probably wouldn't have gone without a gift card, but it was enjoyable enough that I may go back. It definitely felt worth the price.
Go for Joe! He was so fun! He’s really good at explaining the steps and super patient while you try to figure it out. He was a great teacher and it was such a fun way to spend the evening. I loved being able to work with my hands and it was cool to see what I could make. Def recommend!
My husband and I did the 90 minute pottery class as a date night and it was so much fun. The instructors were helpful and throwing itself was really interesting. Neither of us had ever thrown pottery before but we were still able to leave class with 2 pieces to be proud of each. We will absolutely be returning
The lessons here are lots of fun and well worth it. The instructor we had was kind and helpful, and made sure we knew what we were doing but also having a good time, even when we made mistakes. Looking forward to another great date night there soon.
Joe was an amazing teacher. Me and my group had an amazing time. I learned a lot and I loved the pieces we all made.
The instructor wouldn’t have known but I got real frustrated when I kept messing my piece, but she perfectly explained what I needed to do to fix the problem and saved both of my pieces! She was in the beginning of teaching classes and I couldn’t even tell, this was my second time and I’ve loved both instructors I’ve had. Nobody makes you feel stupid, and even if you’ve done this before you come home with a stunning piece. This is my absolute favorite thing to do in my free time and will definitely be booking more lessons! Seriously 5 stars
I took the six week beginner course here and it was so awesome. We learned centering and wedging, and we learned techniques for three different projects cups, bowls, and mugs. The cost of the course includes materials, firing, and glaze, and the staff are very helpful and friendly! My teacher was awesome, and I totally loved my experience here. I'm considering a membership or doing the level 2 course in the future!
