Glad I’m not a resident here. I was picking someone up there at 8:30pm today who needed a ride from work. This person was only there in the park to provide requested home health services to a resident. Card entry only gate. This person had to walk through the park in the dark in an attempt to get out of the gate, but was locked in. I had arrived at 8:30pm to pick this person up and couldn’t get in the gate which should have been open until 9:00pm I was blocked by a resident red SUV from entering the gate. Another resident who lived right outside the gate just stood by and watched the frustration of home health agent being locked in and their ride being locked out and didn’t care to offer any assistance what so ever. A detached community of residents who are program to see danger even when there’s none is very sad. May GOD please bless tremendously the resident in the van who had the decency to finally help!
Lived here almost a year. Great community with super nice residents. Management team, Stacy, Bob and Buck are a great team and really do care about the residents. Area is near perfect for beaches, shopping and restaurants. Close to everything.Love it here!!!!
The park and park manager are great.Safe, friendly and well kept. Unfortunately the corporate owners want to squeeze every penny they can out of mostly seniors on small monthly budgets, leaving them little to live on.
Park is very nice, clean and quiet. Love the pond, pool is heated and can’t wait to get into it and spend many days there. Really nice place. I love that it is so close to Siesta Key 13miles & only 4miles to airport!! What a fantastic location
Absolute predators. My father lived there and passed and the park people wanted to buy his mobile home so badly they falsely told my buyer when he went to get his background check done that it was already sold. They also refuse to stop taking lot rent out of his account, despite the fact that it has been sold and the new owner already paid the rent.
They sux. Money hungry lady who strings u along. Beware the lady took a deposit when a friend was waiting to be approved. Then sold it rt out from under her.
A nice quiet community friendly people can't wait to live there thinks of others and their safety
This is a wonderful place to relax and while away the hours by the pool. People here are so very nice and everyone helps neighbors that need a hand. I'm so glad I found my place here! A true diamond in the rough
Lived here a year now but parents lived here over 25 years! Park is quiet, staff is great! Lawn maintenance could be better!
