We ordered flowers to be delivered to a family member . The bouquet was beautiful, made from fresh flowers and it really showed that it was made with love. The delivery itself was timely. The flowers really helped make the day of the person receiving them very special. Highly recommend this flower shop.

Ordered flowers for my mom today for her birthday!!! 1800 flowers shoppe did amazing!!!! My mom was so happy & excited!!!! Said her flowers are so beautiful & rich & said her bear is cozy....& that the balloon goes perfect & of course can’t wait to eat her delicious chocolate!!!! Also want to mention how amazing the workers are they did everything to make sure I was happy with arrangement even took the time to send me not only pics but a video : amazing customer service!!!! I will definitely order from them again next time I need flowers!!!

After contacting the owner, she explained the situation and is making the order right. She was very honest in her explanation, and I appreciated that. It seems my order was switch with another and I was trying to contact the online service rather than her directly. Original Review**Ordered one with the roses but received the yellow roses. Tried contacting but no response. Don't bother with them, they don't care about their customers and just push out whatever they have in stock. Worst service ever.

Terrible service. I ordered flowers and a balloon for my moms birthday, and they only delivered the flowers. You only had two 2 things to deliver, and you forget one of them? OK i get we all make mistakes but I have tried to contact them repeatedly for a refund for something my mom never received, but nobody has gotten back to me. They don't care about customers. You are better off to spend your money at any other flower shop in Tucson.

I ordered flowers from this location on February 9th for Valentines Day. There was a bit of confusion with my order but the two young ladies in store were extremely accommodating & caring. They took the time to understand my situation on probably their busiest day & they provided me with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I've seen in quite a while. I've been getting my flowers from this location since it was Daryls Flowers & I will keep going because the people that work here are amazing. Thank you for helping me give the best Valentines Day to my fiance & keep up the amazing work!

Excellent service! ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend and trust me, i am not good at design in this department at all.... they were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of creating an arrangement and she absolutely LOVED it. can not thank you guys enough.

My boyfriend got me flowers for valentines day and I did not receive the correct flowers or balloon. The bouquet was called "Country pearl succulent", with succulents in the picture, and it arrived with no succulents. Both attempts to email the business were ignored until we finally called and were told they don't put succulents in that bouquet? Refused to give a partial refund because its "too long ago", when they are the reason it took so long to get in contact. We try to support small local businesses, but I would not recommend this one.

This company is shady!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE FLOWERS!!!! They will steal your money! They do not deliver when they say they’re gonna deliver. I bought an EXPENSIVE flower arrangement for someone special on her birthday. Whichever local company they used said they had “trouble” delivering the arrangement. I know that was a complete and total lie because I made sure someone would be home. 1800flowers.com will not fix the issue and when I called they said they were having technical difficulties. How convenient! I would give them no stars if I could because they certainly do not deserve 1/2 a star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I live in Texas from Tucson, my Aunts birthday was today, I called last minute and asked for a specific design. 1800 flower shoppe came through with flying colors !! Thank you so much !!
