Villa Park Mobile Estates

A lot of these good reviews they didn’t even live there. I used to live there for over 14 years and never again! Management think they are the supreme bosses of everything and security are so lazy and useless. We’ve had such a high turn over rate with security companies. Parking is a mess and a joke they tow cars. They raise the rent to cover random stuff like security that don’t even do anything but give parking passes or tickets. Horrible place to live! I do not recommend it’s like a little town so the managers and management company do whatever they want.

I have no complaints about my stay here over the weekend. We'll just have to sit back and see where that goes, here's hoping. But yeah this is a good spot located in close proximity to the creature comforts of life as well as your daily schedule and or things to do/chore list

Nice place to live rent is kinda high. They have a big club house where you can throw party’s they have a pool they clean it daily and they also have security they also petrol

Very quiet gated and private community...but always hearing the ghetto bird

I didn't know this place was here. My appointment brought me here, security guard at entrance to give you directions and parking permit if you're there for longer than a few hours . Found plenty of guest parking, ample roads, open spaces.

A friend lives here and the park is very nice and well kept. An added bonus is the great security with an entrance with a guard 24/7

Good security, both day and night and at entrance and as patrol. They have A LOT of speed bumps, which helps keep vehicles from speeding. Kids are always playing and riding bikes which makes gives the place a homely atmosphere. They also have guys that drive around on gulf carts cleaning up the place. A nice common area at the center of the park, with grassy picnic area, pool and a small hall where they hold Zumba classes among other things. By far the best mobile home park in the long beach area.

It's a great place to live, very private! from the outside streets, if you need to enter the mobile home park, you need to go through security! to enter this location, you must have a validated ID, to enter here.

This place is horrible! They are so strict and so anti-guest!! They issue "tickets" if you get three then you're car can get towed!! horrible place to live and visit. If a guest is there after midnight even 1am they then have to get an overnight pass if they don't then they might get a ticket and get towed...but you can only get one overnight pass per week.This is so absurd! I completely agree with the first post the manager Margaret Pineda is so so rude! I called the management company Les Frame management and they could care less. This place doesnt care about its residents!

My family has been living here for more than two decades and I've got to say that the securities and the supervisors are the worst. On the cellphones all day, either on the booth or while driving and "patrolling". No respect for the residents. Had a supervisor use an aggressive tone on a family member over the speed limit. Really mature and professional of them. They are csi security that we, the people of this community are paying for monthly, and to be treated in this poor manner? They target nothing else but vehicles that are parked out side of a home for a couple of minutes. They will have your car towed after 2 warnings when it should be after 3. We definitely need to over throw this unprofessional conduct of work and hire a new set of workers. Many people have been complaining to the security booth, the security in prerson, and the main office. One has even been assaulted due to harassing residents about the parking.. Think twice before choosing to live here, if i could i would give this review a zero star. This management has been the worse from any other owner that has been with in villa park. Hoping things will change but for the mean time will be seeking legal action against csi security and villa park employees.
