Undercarriage sprayer didn't work. No soap dispensed when washing. Called the number posted and owner said the car wash uses a special soap that doesn't soap up ! And his response to the undercarriage sprayer not working, "it works perfectly fine, I can see it from where I am". Then proceeded to ask if I frequent a dirt road. Yes. He proceeds to explain this kinda car wash doesn't work for cars that utilize dirt roads. I asked for my money back. He said, No money back however Offered to go thru wash again. I did NOT take him up on offer as my car basically still had all the dirt I pulled in with. The wheels had mud caked into them from not being washed or washed properly. It all collected there which I didn't see till home. I would definitely NOT recommend this Car Wash.
Paid $12 to include underside wash. Car ended cleaner than it started, but water jets do not reach under rear roof overhang see picture of rear after wash, and there was no audible spray underneath, confirmed by filthy wheel arches see 2nd picture, also after wash. This service is inadequate, therefore over-priced.
$12, and my truck is still dirty. Waste of money. Don't bother. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
A really disappointing car wash. The car was still dirty after it got out. They really need to upgrade their equipment or Middlebury needs some competition, but this is really bad. Putting some detergent onto your car and driving in the rain has probably a similar cleaning effect but is cheaper than the $15 their best program costs!
They got a one star because my car got sprayed with water and then soap. After being in the bay less than 60 seconds, the doors opened and the GO light came on. I even paid for the undercarriage wash. Called the number to complain - of course its not in service. Don't Waste Your Money.
Not great. Washes start at $10 and goes up from there, but the wash is not very good. It does not clean very well even completely missing a horizontal strip on my truck. Tried again a year later and it's still terrible. Seems to be poorly maintained as well. Would not recommend. If you can't use the self wash down 7, then drive to Vergennes.
This car wash rarely will wash your vehicle completely. Most always will leave a dirty stripe down the side of your car. I was there last week, paid 7$ for the quick Wash , because my vehicle is undercoated, can't use high pressure under wash went back on feb 1st, prices were all raised up 3 $ per wash! Now 10$ for quick wash. Still not clean! Dirt stripes down the sides. Very disappointed. I could understand an increase of maybe a dollar. But 3$ really! Ill go elsewhere now.
Do not use this car wash. It does not clean your car. The telephone number associated with the car wash is not in service. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the $12 charge. How do businesses like this stay open? Horrible!
Its ok, its getting outdated and it is starting not to wash as well as it did when it was new a decade or so ago. If you live on a dirt road and it rained then dried better off washing yourself
It's relatively cheap for a plain wash, however there is no way to contact the owners when things like a licence plate goes missing! I'd say I appreciate the service but I was served by a machine!
