Took my brand new never worn $400 boots here. Usually go to place in Oconomowoc but I'm moved and this is closer. Never had a bad experience with a cobbler until now. Upon picking up my boots I was shocked. They were FILTHY covered in dust and other particulate from this shop. I thought ok. I'll just clean them up when I get home. Just finished wiping them with a soft cloth and they are scuffed throughout. It looks like they were just thrown around. Disappointed. . And back to the cobbler. Not this one though, I'm going back to Oconomowoc where they actually respect my things.
