I dropped off my mother's coat in May at the NoHo store for dry cleaning and to fix a couple small surface holes. I showed up a couple weeks later and nothing was done, it even looked like they never dry cleaned it. I spoke to the owner and he reassured me that it would be fixed. I also had the worst treatment from the lady working there & he mentioned he got rid of her. After over a month of waiting now July, I showed up to pick up the coat because no one had called me. When I showed up, they gave me the wrong coat! I had to contact the supervisor to locate the coat. After a couple days, I called and they found the coat. I went to pick it up and the stitch job looked like an amateur job! Cisco was helping me with the coat by brushing it and trying to make it look presentable. It looked like it was never dry cleaned with hair & lint all over it. This whole experience has been unacceptable! The ONLY reason I'm not giving it zero or 1 star is because of Cisco! He was professional and calmed me down! I have to take the coat somewhere else and pay for the extra damages done to it. This tailor has ruined the material! I need to contact the owner! These 3 stars solely belong to Cisco, not the business!
It disgusts me how many businesses take advantage of us nowadays and this business is a PRIME example of that! Let’s start with the fact that I got stranded without clean white sheets for my massage table for my business and the company that supplies them to me had a delay. I had to go get it dry cleaned and I was charging a whopping $12.5 PER sheet!!! A sheet that must have cost $2 to buy! That’s beyond outrageous!!! The sheet size it twin! Not only that, the sheets had oil stains on them that I was promised would be removed! The customer service was just as bad. Stay away!!!!
Wish we could score in the negatives!!! My wife and I were looking for a cleaners nearby, found this place, walked in and the woman that greeted us was the rudest, most negative, nastiest disgusting energy of a human being EVER!!! I mean… oh my GOD was this woman wickedly mean and unnecessarily disagreeable!!! NEVER BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!
Had a super last minute need to dry clean a shirt, after being turned down by other cleaners greenwash was able to clean my shirt in time. Ask for cisco, hes the man!
The doors are always locked at the north Hollywood/valley village location. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to drop off clothes during business hours.
