Village Laundry

Machines out of order, dryers that do not blow hot air which have no out of order signs. The place is overall dirty.... floors look like they have not seen a mop in months. Use to be a nice, clean good laudromat..... it's gone downhill. I've called and complained about the dryers in the past, and the owner would not compensate for wasting my money for the dryer.

Seriously needs update with dryers and some washers stink so bad you have one person who goes in and takes one item and puts it in the the good dryers til her clothes are washed so she can have them. People also hold up.the washers and dryers. It's getting worse here to even go in sorry about this but it's happening

You pay for hot water wash, but there is no hot water for the last 3 weeks I have been there. No signs on broken washers so it eats your money and you cant get your wash out till the times up on it and you wasted laundry soap and fabric softener and have to transfer soaked cold clothes to another washer and hope that that one works. Called the phone number and he couldn't help me so he said he would give me free wash next time I go. We will see about. And another thing the times on all three washers were jumping around by 5nto 6 minutes difference and I started them all in the same minute. Definitely going somewhere else.

Machines don't work, Management's rude .looking for a new laundry too fustrating...business rips you off with washers that leave your clothes sopping wet after cycles done and dryers that don't work...someones rolling over in their grave.need a new Peru laundry. Found my new laundry .... Washland laundry ie weed st laundry in Plattsburgh..ALL NEW "BRAND NEW" MACHINES..YES! Open now.finally got in today first to use one of 2 huge machines .dryers actually work unlike Peru.Danger you will burn your clothes up if you put too much in,they work almost too good.Im so used to spending dollars in Peru to dry. start with one dollar.ps no crazy lady hangs out 24-7.unlike Peru.easy five stars at washlands new laundry.

Abysmal customer service, washers are marginal at best cleaning wise. Owners are surly and. rude Change machine frequently out of order. Am still owed $9.00 dollars with no response. Go elsewhere.

Some of the dryers don't work any more...they just blow cold air. Sometimes there are some obnoxious kids in there just using WiFi. Sad...it used to be a great place to do laundry.

Very reasonable prices. The machines work very well. Perfect size place for an area that it is in. Also in a perfect spot! Drug store, grocery store, liquor store, and hardware store in the same plaza.

Clean laundromat with a variety of washer and dryer options. Wifi available, along with magazines and books.

Great place to do heavy laundry, but some of the dryers smell like cat pee.

Did a fine job at cleaning my laundry. Clean and the coin machine did work.
