It was a very good experience. They are so nice and the food was great. Their Steak Fajitas were amazing as well as their tacos. I recommend the mixed steak Fajitas chicken and beef. The staff were so kind and the price was so reasonable. The environment was so chill and this place is a good place for group party. You may need to reserve for a party bigger than 8 persons. I recommend it. Thank you Xoc Tequila Grill.
It comes down to customer service & they DO NOT HAVE IT. Front of house doesn’t treat you like a guest & it’s such a bad look. The atmosphere feels like it’s run by bratty, disorganized children. No regard for customer satisfaction to be found. I think the manager made eye contact with me and quickly darted away at least four times in my last visit here. They do not have a well trained team for a dinner rush at all. It was an evening of drinks I never received and a waiter we couldn’t find. What’s worse & humiliating about this last experience is that I brought friends here, who said that they didn’t like the restaurant to begin with… and I regularly come here, so I’d promised them that it would be a good experience and boy was I wrong. I’m not sure what changes they have made in the last six months but this place has gone majorly downhill. It’s totally inappropriate that my server brought me the wrong drink and then for 20 minutes after didn’t bring me a drink at all. Then when it came time for the check, it had no reflection on the very obvious upset at our table. The bitter taste in my mouth over the inattentive service team ruined the dining experience overall & I don’t think I’ll be able to convince my friends to come here ever again - & to be honest, I don’t think I’d want to either. Thanks for a Friday nite bust of an evening. Though this setting should be the default, on-brand, high caliber experience, I think there are better Mexican restaurants in the area with accountable service. People with long hair- do not wash your hair before coming here. The fajitas smoke the entire restaurant out every time. Your clothes will also leave smelling like burning oil. How have they not figured this out yet?
This was my first time and I liked it but it won't be my 1st choice. Food was good but drinks were watered-down. One of the server was kind of rude. She started talking about coffee and I asked if they have Caramel and she rudely replied its not a Cafe. The girl who took our order was super sweet wish I could remember her name
The food here is good but a little on the pricier side. However the atmosphere of XOC is excellent and a perfect place for date night. I tried the cheese enchiladas and they were plated very well and tasted great, however the cheese was a little unmelted in places and I would have liked a little more beans. You can substitute your rice for a side salad, which is what I decided to do.
Great Mexican restaurant. So many craft cocktails and all of them look tempting. Almost all tables has had Mango margarita with tamarind straw. Salsa were spot on. I ordered 3 tacos- carnitas, Pollo,pastor and all three were tasty. I particularly liked pastor more. My drink - passion fruit with spice was a fiery drink that I enjoyed. Good service and nice ambiance.
Very nice service. Excellent flautas & chicken mole. Fresh-made salsas were unique and very good.
It’s nice place to have food and drinks. It is located in Westfield Topanga Village. Both outside and inside tables are good. Same as other restaurant they are crowded in weekends. The parking structure has 2 hours free parking.
A true five star gem is hard to find. This one is worth the search. Let's start with the decor. A perfect balance of light and dark. A colorful but not opulent bar. Outdoor seating. Overall inviting. Not for the food. I tried their pork carnitas: excellent and juicy, not dry like that many other places. My margarita was perfect and presented in a colorful glass. It's like someone paid attention to the details of the food and the establishment. Give them a try and I think you will love them as much as I do.
We celebrated our friend’s birthday I like the vibe and the food in general. The Ceviche’s portion was to small compare to its price and it was tasting okay. Pricy, and Good overall experience
I've only gone here for drinks. The drinks, chips and salsa are good. Old fashioned the way to go. Everyone is friendly. The place is nice and they have sports on the screens.Service: 4/5
