I can recommend Villages Smiles due to the ongoing level of care and professionalism that I have experienced from both my hygienist, Ericka, and Dr. Balaney. They are both thorough and informative in their instructions regarding my dental care both present and concerning the future. The office staff is always courteous and friendly. A 5 star operation.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice! It was as close to perfect as possible. Everyone was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.  It was my first visit and the exam was very thorough. They found that some of the dental work that was decades old needed repair and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained beautifully what needed to be done. They had an opening the next day.  I look forward to a long relationship with this practice.

I'm a new patient at Village Smiles and my first experience was fantastic!  Everyone was very friendly and inviting from the front desk all the way through to Dr. Balaney.  I felt very comfortable during my visit and the dental care I received was top notch!

Close to home, excellent Team, and a team of dentists and oral hygienists that know their stuff well!  What else can anyone needing dental care ask for from a dental practice!  Thank you for being a true staple for our community!

what an embarrassment Dr. Balanbey has set for how to treat patients for his dental office.  I waited for 8 working days to get an appointment to get to see him.  I had a broken #30 back bottom tooth. I was set to have the tooth extracted on the day of the visit.  I  was then sent home because of my B.P readings.  I was rescheduled for another 7 days later.  His office called me the next day on a cancellation only to be told to see another doctor, again due to my B.P. readings. This is how you will get treated at Dr. Balanbeys' office.  Broken tooth now for 10 days and waiting again for another doctor to see if this can be treated. Thanks again for all the help Dr. Balanbey!  Regards, Robert Lamonaca.

3rd new dentist at this site in 4 years.  Hygienists are great, but the new dentist is lacking in bedside manners. Not sure that I'd be interested in him drilling in my mouth.

I am always treated with professionalism combined with absolute care and kindness at Village Smiles. I can highly recommend this office for regular check-ups and care as well as the unanticipated dental needs. They are fantastic.

I’ve been going here for a while now. Dr Balaney is so nice I love that he joined the practice. I had to have a cavity filled. I went before work and they had me in and out within 20 minutes. No waiting or messing around they got straight to the point. They always try to work with your schedule to get you in. The front desk staff is always super nice too. I know the hygienist do most of the work and every single one I’ve had have been so nice.
