When online just to make sure they were open before I made the trip all the way there on Friday after Thanksgiving the website said they were open we got there and it was closed
I wish the website took you directly to the catalog to look up a book quickly.
Today this library gets one star due to one of the librarians being rude when she was politely asked to quiet a group of teenagers that were disturbing the other patrons in the library that were quietly working. If you like quiet libraries, come to this one before 3pm.
Friendly, helpful people work there. But they need a bigger budget for newer books and especially movies. Check out the used-book room for bargains.
The library is nice and convenient. Great lighting and plenty of tables. But as someone else has stated after 2pm it becomes loud with school kids with no supervision or control of noise. So be careful when you go.
Great place to study or read before about 2pm. After that it turns into a hangout for school kids and even the staff become louder rather than keeping it a quite environment.. There ends up being absolutely nowhere to sit where you can think or read with continuous distraction .
Loud staff and not helpful or friendly!!! and its a public library people!!!!..... KIDS should feel welcome.... clearly theres a need for more after school services wish the Villiages library could use this as an opportunity to serve the parents and children in the Villiages who work and serve this community.
Very polite, says Hello as you walk in. And I didn't have Library card, use Village ID and she was very pleasant.
The library is great. I particularly enjoy being able to order books online and pick them up at this location. Also like the used book room.
This place is absolutely awful do not come here the staff hate their job and bring it out on the customers. My sons friends are constantly being “kicked out” for having a group that is “too big”. On top of this they have called the cops on CHILDREN!!!! Do not come here you will be treated with disrespect and the “staff” does not care for your well being.
