The staff I know is good, quite polite. Sometimes when there is a different driver other than the usual, it takes too long for the bus to arrive because it seems that each driver creates their own route and passes the same street twice. I suggest that using some related apps for traveling, they can create a unique route so the drivers dont have to figure out the next stop while driving.
This bus company provides excellent and courteous service. My son utilized their services and the door to door pick up and drop off was excellent!!.On time and reliable!
A well run Family company. Just from watching them on the road or when they pick up my son, I can see a difference between other bus operator's and Villani. The drivers at Villani demonstrate top rate professionalism and are highly safety conscious. Our son's driver was wonderful and we always felt comfortable having him ride the bus. He's probably safer on a Villani bus than in any car he will ever ride in.
Alfonso our driver was fantastic! He had such a great personality with a fabulous sense of humor. We took a bus tour Foxwoods, Newport RI, etc. with the Bound Brook Seniors and they hired Villani Bus Co. The bus was very clean and comfortable, but the biggest shout out has to go out to our driver Alfonso! Thank you so much. I think you made the trip the most fun. You were always early and there to greet us with a big, friendly smile anytime we got back to the bus. And very flexible! With a group of seniors that is very important! My dad, who runs most of these trips, has personally requested Alfonso as our driver in the past but, I think we need to request him every single time!! Alfonso, you rock!! Hi just a follow up from the issue I had with The company got resolved . They replaced the PSP player the had missed place. The person that lost it was very happy to get another one. I want to thank them for handling the matter. I would do business again with them. Jose, Carlos, Alfonso and David are the best driver you could want to do your trips.
I recently took a shopping trip with my mom’s union and after a long day of shopping left my bag in the overhead bin of the bus. When I called Villani Bus Company Carlos was very patient with me and made sure to help me through the process of finding my bag. All this to say my bag was finally found and not at one moment did I feel like my concerns weren’t a main priority . I appreciate Villani Bus Company .
Just returned from a Diamond bus trip to Branson, Missouri. Have to compliment our bus driver John McMenemy. He was a fantastic driver, knew all the roads, never a glitch. He was pleasant to all and was there to help everyone on and off the bus at all the stops. He always had a smile on his face. I have been on many bus trips and never had a driver like John. If given the opportunity to use Villani bus company again I will definitely request John as our driver. He is an asset to your company and you should be proud to have him on your staff.
