The best apartment complex I have lived in. Maintenance is quick to fix any solutions and management is super sweet. They truly care about us residents. Beautiful property and an amazing location! The prices are affordable as well. Not once have I ever felt uneasy or uncomfortable walking the property especially at night. Pool is nice as well

Office staff are great and helpful.  Maintenance staff are quick to respond and very professional.   I really enjoy living here, have great neighbors, and love hanging out by the pool.

We just want to say that we have been VERY impressed with the maintenance men for our apartment.  Any time we have ever needed something fixed or repaired they were right on it, usually within the hour.  They are very pleasant and they not only are able to make the repair but they also always clean up after their selves.  We have been very impressed with their work.

Great place to live! Office staff is nice and professional and maintenance is the BEST! 10/10 recommend!!

Hailey has been incredibly helpful. She found the exact apartment I was looking for and answered all my questions with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Paperwork was easy to complete, Joseph was very helpful. I will be moving in tomorrow and I can’t wait! Staff is great to work with.

Great location, close to everything on Kenosha. The apartment complex is we'll maintained and very welcoming of animals - loved watching the bunnies and ducks every morning near the fountain. The maintenance staff and the office staff are always responsive and friendly. The apartments themselves are well laid out and provide great features like washer dryer hookups and balconies. Overall a Fantastic place to live in.

Terrible. Terrible neighbors. Terrible parking. Rude staff. Sent my move out payment to collections BEFORE IT WAS DUE. Will be letting everyone I know to stay far, far away from this place. Also, received a call from the office that neighbors were worried about me because I hadn’t been to my apartment in a few days… & that I have a cat and wanted to make sure it was getting fed … EXCUSE ME?? How would you know I haven’t been home and are you sending people to look in my windows when I’m at work?? Psychotic. Stay away.

For anyone looking for an apartment in the Tulsa Metro area, I would very highly recommend Villas at Aspen Park. Very reasonable rent given all the apartment amenities washer/dryer hookup, central air/heat, etc and community amenities very nice pool and gym. Maintenance is very responsive if you need any type of maintenance request handled. Apartment complex is holistically very well maintained, and everyone from the leasing office staff to the maintenance staff is super friendly and always very helpful. Great location as well, super close to the Walmart and right off highway 51 for easy access to downtown Tulsa. 5-star review is not enough stars for this complex.

My apt became very hot very hot, very fast. I made ONE call to the office. Rod came within 5 minutes, had my apt cool again in no time. Cody is also very thorough in his maintenance of the facility, friendly and professional.

Getting ready to move back home as this was a temporary place,but I must say I'm sad to leave.ive met some amazing people, mostly within the staff,all the guys in maintenance are great, and the lovely ladies in the office.i will miss my feathered friends, especially Carl, my white duck pal,her bad foot doesn't stop her.all in all this entire place is wonderful!!! Thank you all for being so awesome to us!
