Tried out Vince's Village Cobbler to have my Birkenstock foam sole changed out before I wore them down to the cork. Also brought in a suede pair of shoes to receive a protectant spray. For the Birkenstocks, they offer to place a new sole on the back half of the shoe where you wear it down with your heel or full replacement. Nothing is worse than having to break in new Birkenstocks, therefore I am thankful for this option for a fraction of the price compared to new ones. Very happy with the outcome and service and would recommend this cobbler to anyone!
Their work is beyond impressive. My old cobbler and beloved friend Minas passed away and due to the pandemic, his store closed so my quest for a good and quality cobbler began. It’s impossible to find a decent and ORIGINAL cobbler; like OG New York style cobbler. I guess my prayers were heard cause I looked up while waiting for my packages and saw someone else carrying a Vince’s Village Cobbler bag and decided to look them up. I brought my beloved flats in and it’s been nothing short of COMPLETE SATISFACTION. The work is EXQUISITE. Beyond beautiful. Thank you I feel my beloved friend’s spirit nodding with me pointing me to Vince’s shop. Thank you to whomever worked on my shoes. Your craft is impeccable.
You should see what these shoes looked like before they did the work. I’m very happy. They revamped the sole and gave my shoes a great shine. The pics don’t do it any justice. It was also done very quickly! I’ll definitely be using them again.
Worth every penny. These guys made 10 y/o Red Wings that I beat up for years at work look brand spankin new. Very impressed and turn around time was less than a week. Went in for a resole and got them back looking like this. Support your local small business!
This bag was was dropped off in September to have the bottom repaired. The initial quote was $65. When the bag was brought in the price changed to $200+; I guess because it's a Louis Vuitton. The external repair was satisfactory. When I got home, on inspection of the bag, I realized that the inner lining was not secured. I was very disappointed. Will take to another Cobbler to complete repair.
Best place to get vintage bags look like brand new. They did an amazing job . It only took 2 weeks.
These guys are AWESOME!!! I have taken 2 pairs of Birkenstock sandal's to them to be repaired and for someone who scuffs their feet tremendously, both were fixed and look good as new. One of the pairs need a completely new sole which is PERFECT and the other only needed the heel repaired. Both look amazing. I will definitely be back with any other shoes/bags etc that I ever need repaired. THANKS GUYS!!!
I was so excited to bring a favorite pair of shoes here. I asked for them to be resoled and cleaned. The amount they charged me was… a lot, considering the fact that all they did was resole the shoe. I’ve seen their restorations on designer shoes and bags on social media which I was very impressed with… but I don’t think I will return. I wish I would have received a call informing me about the color match mustard yellow and considering the restorations they boast, not having the right color doesn’t seem like a proper excuse. Please take your shoes elsewhere.
They did such a wonderful job with my LV. The vachetta leather trim was replaced and they even matched the color… I am beyond impressed. Thank you!!! I’ll be back!
