I can't explain how wonderful and hands on the staff is. Toby was amazing inviting us home today, the apartment is a dream come true, after dealing with apartments that don't care you don't realize until you meet a team like these guys. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a supportive team and a wonderful beautiful apartment with over the top clean grounds and the amenities... well I will submit photos because you wouldn't believe how amazing the outdoor lounge area is. Toby thank you!! The entire staff thank you .. we needed you guys!!
Can I just say that these are the most nicest management team I’ve ever spoke with while on my apartment search journey. From the time they called me back to the time we moved in was the most pleasant experience ever. And the apartments are so adorable! The patio, the flooring, the wide space, the kitchen, everything’s modern style, and even the neighbors are friendly. We are so excited to call this place our new home. Thank you God!
I love living at vineyard gate apartments. I’ve been living here for about 10 years. Maintenance has seen my little children grow up. They are always nice and friendly. I really enjoy bumping into them and talking them. Thank you Kevin, Jeff, Tyler, and Greg. I love my spacious floor plan. Nice size patio. I work in property management and I can say this complex does alot of stuff for their residents. They give out free school supplies to the children of the complex. They have had food trucks come to the property. Free turkey on thanksgiving etc. My children have won gift cards for coloring contest to toy stores. I won $100 gift card for Valentine’s Day to sienna restaurant. I’ve made friends with some of my neighbors. I can say I’m pretty happy living here. I hope to one day buy a house but in the meantime I enjoy living here!
Excellent service by, Toby P. He made the process great and easy! I just moved from another state and he made every bit of the process run smoothly. Extremely helpful to all of my questions and needs! Apartments themselves are BEAUTIFUL and COZY!!! Thank you!
I never had a bad experience in the year I lived here. Management was always super helpful, neighbors were nice, quiet, and the complex is clean! Their apartments are all updated and look brand new. I loved it here and would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment, I even had friends who liked my apartment so much they decided to move here. I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Vineyard Gate! Melissa in the office made moving out and the process super easy. Thank you Vineyard Gate!!
We have been living here for three months. We love the location and the layout of the apartments. When our heater's condenser went out, it was fixed the next day! They even offered to loan us an electric heater. Nice staff and quiet neighbors.
I truly appreciate the office staff, Melissa n Robin. They r extremely great women and should b Manager and Assistant! Upon moving in a year ago things were horrible under the last manager A. She was not very accommodating in the least, as I am disabled and at times can't walk. These 2 women now were exemplary in making my stay worth the super overpriced apartment and were even willing to bring paperwork to me for signing. Had the rent not gone up even more I would have renewed because those 2 ladies made my stay worthwhile. They were customer service keen and I am a stickler when it comes to excellence! The owners really need to stop hiring younger, inexperienced workers with little life knowledge and allow these 2, Robin/Melissa, opportunity to move up if they wish! You two truly made it pleasant to stay at Vineyard Gate! And don't forget Sophia!!!
I wish there was a zero rating, I called in the morning and got an appointment for tour of an apartment, when arrived the lady at front desk said, "we don't have an appointment in our system and the 3 bedroom is sold yesterday". THIS IS THEIR MANAGEMENT, BE CAREFUL.
Great place to live. Residents are respectful of quiet hours. Apartments are kept clean and the staff in the office are amazing. Always answer every question and maintenance requests are done quickly. 10/10
My husband and I love our home at Vineyard Gate. Newly renovated apartment, very quiet, friendly neighbors, great amenities closed due to COVID but they are still great when open, and never had any issues here. These apartments are a great location for us too. Not far from our church, freeway, and many stores near by. Sometimes people park in our assigned parking spot which can be a bummer, but that can happen at any apartment complex. We’ve renewed our lease here and don’t want to move! We love it here! Thanks to the staff at Vineyard Gate as well! You put in the work to make it so awesome here!
