Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing is the ideal caring location for individuals who may be mostly independent but need a little help to improve their quality of life. Additionally, Vineyard Park staff are highly trained to provide assistance when medical or physical help is needed. I have seen exceptional post-op care; providing additional individual assistance and physical therapy as needed. You can always count on them to ensure that the correct medications are administered at appropriate times. The staff not only become well acquainted with their residents but also the resident's family members. I especially like the communication they provide to family members. I am well informed of any changes at the facility and they are always willing to sit down and discuss and questions I may have.
My mother has been a resident for a couple of years. Recently she experienced a health crisis and required additional care during the pandemic. The ED and head nurse were creative and responsive to find a way to meet her new needs and keep her family involved. Her primary care giver has been absolutely amazing and supportive, noticing what works best for her and helping her get back involved in things that bring her joy. Very grateful for the care she is receiving. And, the grounds are lovely- lots of opportunity to walk outside!
The staff at Care Partners, particularly at Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing, are caring and compassionate people. I had many opportunities to work with their staff and hear nothing but positive feedback from Residents and their families. The community atmosphere in general is inviting with welcoming and friendly people. If you are seeking assisted living and memory care options, I encourage you to perform your own due diligence by personally visiting this community. It will be worth your time!
Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing is just one of Care Partners wonderful communities in Western Washington. I highly recommend this particular location near one of the beat senior centers in the are, the North Shore Senior Center. The building is beautiful, the staff is highly trained, kind and caring and the attention to detail and focus on resident needs is amazing. I am a professional Senior Housing Referral and Placement specialist and am required by law to ensure that the communities I refer to are of the highest caliber with regard to the care, safety, physical and emotional well being of those I refer. I can say without any hesitation that Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing would be an excellent choice for any family looking for Senior Housing for a loved one. Care Partners has some of the most compassionate and caring staff I have ever met while doing a search for my Grandfathers new home. He has Alzheimer's and receives such amazing care. If you haven't stopped by yet, do yourself a favor and at least meet with the staff in person. I've seen some reviews from disgruntled ex-employees that are tainting the truth which is unfortunate because there is obviously a reason they are no longer there. Judge for yourself, don't take someone else's word because they are upset.
We were extremely pleased with the care our loved one received at Vineyard Park at Bothell. The staff at Vineyard Park was truly caring, extremely professional and very much a well organized and well managed facility. We were impressed with the quality of the facilities, the availability of activities and amenities. There was a sense of community among the residents and staff alike. Great team and great facility at Vineyard Park.
As a Community Outreach Director of a Post Acute Care & Rehab many times people will ask me do I know of a Community in the Bothell area that I might suggest for their Loved one and my FIRST reply is: Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing. I can't say enough about this Community and the care they provide. The entire staff, and especially the Executive Director are always looking out for their Residents providing compassionate care and assistance. As you walk around the Community, there are lots of staff talking to the Residents, with hugs, smiles and showing genuine interest in their well-being. I highly recommend Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing.
As an eldercare professional and radio host, I know almost all of the senior living organizations in Greater Puget Sound. I know CarePartners' properties are absolutely perfect for seniors who want a beautiful place to live throughout their lives with amazingly compassionate care. Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing such a beautiful property, with beautifully landscaped grounds, incredibly wonderful activities, and the residents who live there are vibrant and welcoming! The apartments are great sized, the food is amazing, and in every single case, the residents have been truly happy there! Let's face it. Later-life care is expensive. It' can be difficult for a senior to meet the escalating costs of care as their needs increase. Unlike other types of senior living organizations, CarePartners is truly focused on the care of a senior throughout their lifetime. CarePartners Living properties are one of the very few organizations that will accept Medicaid with no worries of your senior loved one ever having to move if they run out of financial resources. They show every single day that the care of your loved one is what is most important, and that to me means everything! They have incredible care programs for seniors who might need advanced care options like Memory Care or Assisted Living. I have referred several seniors to Vineyard Park Bothell, and have personally spent time visiting there on several occasions. The staff is amazing! This organization, the staff and right up to the corporate leadership will always go the extra mile for you.
Care Partners and their staff are very caring. The community is nice and activity programs are engaging. I see a few negative reviews and Their comments have not been my experience at all, I recommend anyone looking for a Senior to visit for themself. Sadly people take more time to report something negative, rather than share kindness.
My best friend stayed at The Vineyards for about 2 years before we found out what the place was really like. She became ill and I was staying with her during the day. The care here is 0. Her meds were not given to her, she was not checked at all during the day. She was not helped to the bathroom in a timely fashion, even if she pulled the alarm cord we would sit and wait for 20 minutes or more. She was not receiving showers the way she should, therefore had a smell about her. If she didn’t show up for a meal it didn’t matter, she still wasn’t checked. The food there is terrible. I had to start bringing in food for her to eat, healthy food. The staff is extremely rude and act like they are doing you a favor to be there. The higher up staff are non caring and lose paperwork, don’t follow through and just done care. We moved her to a private home, she gained weight, has very little illness and is 97 years old. If you have a loved one in the Vineyards, get them a new place to be cared for.
