Vineyard Vines Corte Madera

We live in Tiburon so I usually shop at that location and I have also shopped at Stanford and Newport until recently when I was in Corte Madera and bought my husband several things for his Birthday and received a gift receipt. I came in today to return one item that my husband actually already had in his closet without the gift receipt which my husband did not keep unfortunately, but with all tags attached about 10 days later. Apparently, because the staff did not enter my email address at purchase I was immediately told by the unfriendly manager who was there when I purchased all of the items that I was not in their "system" so it could not be returned and he also quickly mentioned that the item may have in fact gone down in price. He didn't ask if I wanted to look around for something else or offer a store credit ... he may be suited to arrange displays but he is definitely unfriendly, unhelpful and is terrible at customer service.

Love their clothes just wish there were more short sleeve shirts for big guys
