Since my son was little, he has loved Vineyard Vines. I am still in a habit of checking out any Vineyard Vines to get their local shirts and stickers. I’ve been living in Connecticut for 15 years. Vineyard Vines brings New England to the south. This store is located in the Leesburg premium outlets. Clean and inviting store. The employees were very helpful and smiling. Seems like they actually like their job unlike some other clothing stores. This brand is always a little pricey. The outlets make it more affordable. It’s even better when they have a 50% off store sale like they currently do. The shirts are very comfortable and well made.
used to love this place, and I’ll still rate it above 0 star, but today I actually felt uncomfortable. 2 days ago I bought 3 shirts , one of it was not the right size took it to the store to exchanged for deferent size. BELIE HOWLIN did not exchange it for me I asked for the manger she said I am the manger and this is our company police. very disappointed.
Normally love this place, and I’ll still rate it above one star, but today I actually felt uncomfortable. Just know that if you are a black man and I can’t speak for anyone other than myself expect to be profiled. I usually go in this store about once a week, but now I’ll just order online.
I don't know why someone would shop on their website. The deals in this store are incredible. Vineyard Vines gives the best deal within the entire mall. I had a malfunction with a bow tie part with one I had bought. After contacting Corporate office, they advised me that they couldn't do anything about it since it was an Outlet store. I went to the outlets to see if I could get a piece to connect the two parts of my bow tie together. I spoke to the assistant store managerTony. He explained how corporate and the outlets are two completely different sides and don't work well with each other. He then took it upon himself to see what he could do for me. I wasn't expecting to receive the customer service that I did. Hands down the best customer service I had received in a long time. I will continue to shop at this store with employees like this.
As the mom of teenagers, I find myself making trips here. The associates are always kind and helpful. The store is clean and organized.
The clothes there give a nice, preppy look, which is something I like. Also, it is conveniently located near the entrance of the outlets and the service is really good. It was a good experience coming here.
Super close to the entrance!great quality clothes a little pricey but definitely worth it! Service was amazing I will defend pop in there again

Selection and sizes can be hit or miss but they still take all of my money
