I love living here. The only complaint that I have is the elevator and the code to enter the building not working. The elevator is so hot, and the smell is almost too much to tolerate. The door code has been out for a couple of weeks, and I haven't seen anything about it being fixed. Other than that it is perfect. The location, the property, the neighbors. It is very enjoyable.
Edited: We were pretty content living there for the first several months of our lease. Towards the end new neighbors moved in next door. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything. We would hear every time our neighbors were in nasty fight several times a week, crying, when they flushed their toilet, and their dog was our alarm in the mornings. Long story short, we were ready to move out. Our lease ended a couple of months ago. To our surprise, we got a bill in the mail from Vintage. Not only did we not receive any of our deposit back, they billed us $215! Half of that was for unpaid "Utilities". I had to email them several times to let them know that all of my utilities had been payed for electric and water. They then explained that that bill was from the complex directly and not Murfreesboro Electric and it was "common area" electric fee!! No-one told us before signing the lease that there would be another bill once you move out for "common area" utilities! WHAT? We also cleaned the apartment completely, top to bottom, yet we were still billed a cleaning fee. They said even if you clean it, they have to hire someone to disinfect it. Total waste. Oh well now we know how Greystar works.
Update to add 10/16/18. We enjoy the property so much we signed a reneweal for our second year! We love the staff and our neighbors! Our family has had a great summer grilling, enjoying the events they hosted the outdoor movie night was our favorite and swimming in the pool! Our friends and family love visiting us and we are excited to host more gatherings this new year! Thank you Vintage! Gorgeous apartment, it's like a resort! Large 2 bed 2 bath is updated with modern features and large kitchen and living space. The gym is huge. a must see! The property is comfortable and quiet with a secured key entry. I feel it is very safe for my family! I am looking forward to the summer time to get more use out of the outside balcony with two fire pits and the pool/clubhouse. We also have doorside pickup and delivery dry cleaning, free Starbucks and doorside garbage and recycing. Uber eats delivery is in this area and there is an elevator! All my friends love visiting!
We just moved in this week, and have had to put in several maintenance requests. Every one of our issues was fixed promptly and professionally. I'm very pleased
This is a great place to live. The location is amazing, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, maintenance team is always helpful... BUT... the walls are super thin, as well as the ceilings and floors. No carpet makes for less cushion for the sound, but my husbands allergies love the lack of carpet. Update: Husbands turn Coffee machine has been replaced. So no more Starbucks an advertised nicety that drew us to this place. New machine is supposed to be better but only fits very small mugs. And only a few days after the new one arrived... error message again. Can’t use the machine.
so i been having so much problems with this apartment where do i began 1. There apartments are very cheap you can literally hear everything from walking in your apartment to talking closing cabinets . By the way the leasing office called me and said i can't curse because it's disturbing the other residents. lol very cheap building i tell you ! 2. they repo my car twice since i been here and I live here . 3. I been having mold in my son closet for 2 months no one have done anything about it and i have a toddler and a newborn my son and daughter have been in and out of the hospital due to mold . 4. My room electricity have been off for a month no one has done anything to fix that . 5. The police is always in the apartments 6. the hallways are always nasty 7. elevators never work JUST DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE !! the pictures are below
Management is top notch. Very quick responses over email and when I put in a request for a repair on my bathroom vent BAM. DONE within a week. Amber is very professional friendly and personable. Remembers my dog’s name and seems to be very genuine. The decor in the apt is very nice. It feels very roomy with 9 ft ceilings. I feel very safe here as does my mom when she visits that is 74 yo. Well maintained. Love the trash fairies pick up. Gym is nice. Rooftop lounge is beautiful! Pool is gorgeous. I love my apt.
Maintenance came right in , fixed my issues with no problem &' now everything is perfect in my apartment .
This place is nearly 5 stars. Only complaint is communication with staff about roof leaks. Don’t let that scare you. Only a few units are subject to this, and by the time of this review, I’m sure it’s fully resolved. I moved to downtown Nashville for commuting to work - not any grief with this complex. Advantages: - Interstate access was very convenient. - Walkability was amazing for restaurants and shopping. - Great pool. - Great sky decks. - Prompt repairs by maintenance staff. - Elevator repairs addressed quickly. - Ubers/ Lyfts were easily accessible for downtown Murfreesboro/ mall district. - Easy parking - Great rates. Disadvantages: - Staff seems over worked leading to slower response times and repair updates leaks. - No service elevator moving is difficult. Reviews on Google helped me make a decision to move here, and I absolutely loved it. I think just about anyone would.
I highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere. There are numerous amounts of problems too many for the kind of money ppl pay here. We have to pay an expensive monthly fee for a smart bundle package that is suppose to be for valet trash, recycling and 24/7 emergency maintenance etc. the services paid for are rarely ever done effectively. There hasn't been one month where the paid services hasn’t had interruptions. We also don’t even receive over half the services offered in the package just the valet trash and barely even that. Many people have complained about this issue and the property refuses to remove the fee. We shouldn’t have to pay for a service that isn’t implemented effectively. This is just one of the many problems. I’ve made a ‘big mis steak’ coming here. Don’t waste ur hard earned money
