It was a pretty quiet morning for some delicious breakfast. We ordered the PNW Scramble and Eggs Benedict. Generous enough portions that we probably should have split it. Friendly fast service in a nice atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Had the best breakfast this morning at Vintage Cafe. The food was so good, we finished it all. Tried the pancakes, bacon, hash browns and eggs Benedict. For drinks, tried a Bloody Mary. Would definitely recommend the food here. On top of that, the space is beautiful and has a lot of history. Would visit again!Food: 5/5
Loved the vibe of this cafe! Wait was a little long and they were quite busy so it took them a while to get to us. Food was yummy but nothing that was wowzers. Wifi download speed was 60Mbps!
Tasty food in a cool vintage atmosphere. Music on the speakers is great if you like Bon Iver and similar. Dietary restrictions: No gluten free subs for toast or anything else. But the eggs and potatoes are good.
Vintage Cafe has a nice and cozy feel to it. The atmosphere is fantastic! The service was good and the food was tasty! It is definitely not a very wheelchair friendly place because it is a fairly narrow storefront. The one thing I didn't like was how noisy it was. It was difficult to have a conversation at your own table because everyone was talking loudly. Other than that, I highly recommend you try it. Come prepared to wait for a table, it is a busy place. Wheelchair accessibility: Not much space for wheelchairs, but you can get around with difficulty.
people: if you want the old-timey feels w/both food and atmosphere, this is the place. if you want to treat your pallet— and your coffee— to more than a waxy experience, these heavy duty ceramic mugs are the answer. sunny side & sourdough is the way to my soul. the vintage is the OG’s OG. Food: 4/5
As you would expect, vintage vibe think Cheers. Breakfast plates were delicious, and the servings were substantial. Would recommend to anyone, and I will return everytime I am in the area.Food: 5/5
We were visiting Seattle and decided to stop at Vintage Cafe for brunch as it has very high ratings. The restaurant is in downtown Evertte near the farmers markets which are available on the weekends. It has a diner or more retro vibe going for it. Lots of comfort meal options. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get seated, they were busy but had seats available. However I think due to the low number of staff the tables could not be cleaned fast enough for a quicker turn around. Took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive upon ordering, they also forgot about our soup and half way into our meal I had to ask to follow up to remind them. The food tasted ok, nothing superb or special. The portions were decently sized. We felt like the service could definitely be improved but I understand they are probably understaffed. Probably not a repeat in my books but worth a try if you happen to be in the area.
First time here and this place and I cannot wait to go back again. I visited on a Thursday morning when the restaurant was not busy. I liked the vintage feel and look. The low but subtle modern music added a nice contrast. I ordered the country fried steak and the portions were not overly large which I enjoyed. The steak itself was soft enough that the fork could cut it. The waitresses were not pushy and allowed me to choose my food. They knew how to read the room based off of which customers liked to talk and ones that do not like me. I just wanted to eat. Great location but I could see parking being an issue on the weekends and/or busier times. At least when it is busy, you could have the option to walk around the Everett area and see other places.
Lovely warm atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, and delicious food made my experience at The Vintage Cafe ten out of ten. I've been looking for a new place to have breakfast near where I live, and I thought I'd give this place a try. I'm so glad I did! The restaurant is cozy and inviting. It was busy but what I noticed was the noise level was pleasantly low. I've been to diners where there's this pervading room noise you can't avoid. I don't know if the brick walls absorb sound, but people were chatting and enjoying their food without it being loud. I had eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and french toast, all of which was cooked to perfection. I'll definitely be going back soon -- perhaps this next time to try some of their seafood offerings which looked very tempting. Check this place out -- you won't be disappointed.
