Automatic wash left a few spots on the windshield. But the hands-on service was thorough and efficient, and the employees were friendly. Overall, I’m happy to have the West Texas dust off my car for a reasonable price.
At Spiffy Car Wash — I NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED AS A WOMAN AND CUSTOMER! FIRST OFF I DO MY OWN WIPING AND DRESSING MY TIRES! Therefore I paid for a BASIC WASH! $7 WASH WITH WIPE DOWN! Let’s FIRST START WITH! I WAS SPRAYED IN THE FACE BEFORE GOING IN TUNNEL! Secondly, he was wiping so aggressively he tore my 3 windshield wiper off my carBMW has an extra wiper Thirdly, I approached the manager JUST TO FIX IT! The worker that look like he has had EVERY DRUG IN THE WORLD! Came and told his manager he BROKE IT! Manager claim it’s impossible for me to have a 3 windshield wiper! Again OVER AND OVER HIS EMPLOYEE TELLING HIM, ”I BROKE IT”! This MANAGER TOLD ME…YOU SPENT $7 GET OUT OF HERE I AM CALLING THE POLICE! The MOST DISRESPECTFUL GENTLEMAN! Not only that I had my children with me to witness his RUDENESS! LET ME EXPLAIN I COULD’VE PAID A FULL DETAIL SERVICE! FOR WHAT! THIS WOMAN WILL GET HER HANDS DIRTY! SO HURTFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL!
Nice carwash. The equipment is a bit old but the wash results are very good. My car came out very clean and they even hand dried it afterwards. I got the $18 Spiffy Wash exterior only and I'm happy with the results. Much, much better than the gas station wash that costs the same amount, but does not clean all the dirt well. Next time I'll try a package that also includes interior cleaning to see how that is.
They're pretty much like most out there. They speed through the entire wash interior & exterior because they have other cars behind you. I've gone home and had to take a chamois to numerous areas around the exterior of my car, and I've lost numerous things in my car, all because they'll vacuum anything and everything, being in such a rush! It seems you'd better take everything out, regardless of where it is in your vehicle, because it likely will not be there when you leave. If you really want the kind of clean we all have pictured in our heads that we'll get when picking the pricier packages, just do it yourself because they work too fast to worry about detail. The bad thing is, I had gone there recently and left some keepsake items in a tiny tray in front of the gear shifter, and I didn't even realize those items were gone until a few days later, and the interior cleaning really was subpar as well from a pricier wash package . What was upsetting about that was, I was the only car there when I pulled up, and they had just closed behind me because of rain moving in they had turned a car that came in after me away and closed the carwash bay door, so they had no real reason to be in a rush. Another time, they had also sucked up one of my masks in their vacuum, and I kept them hanging from the gear shifter, so ??? Again, they aren't a bad place to go to. Just keep in mind that they aren't doing the type of clean you are thinking in your mind that you're getting.
You pay $18 for them just to wash the outside of the car. They don't even vacuum the car, when I asked them they're like oh you didn't pay for it. That's too much money to not even vacuum the car. I will not come back to your place anymore. For $18 y'all can at least vacuum the car. Because other people will take your business for $18 they also vacuum and add fragrance.
I went to this car wash yesterday fresh from a road trip, Iv been coming here 4 years and yesterday was just horrible. They finished my car n 3 mins wen I got inside it was still a mess visible food all in the backseat from the baby juice spills on the seats etc the worker acted like she didn’t speak any English to understand, i I had to grab the towels spray n vacuum and finish the car myself while the person in charge n other worker sat back n watched me, I’m DONE! I’ll find me somewhere else before I waist another 25$ with them. And better yet if I wanted to get my hands dirty I can get quarters and go accross the street n do it myself! I’m not sure if they are under new management or wat but ima pass !Services: Auto detailing
Earlier car wash is really good. But now it is pretty bad and prices are increased and introduced packages. Even my side window also not cleaned properly
I was looking for a new regular place that does hand washes, since they seem to be so rare around where I live. Tipped 100%, because I didn't want to hand wash myself , could've made regular from me, guess not now. Pro tip: tall guys with side steps can see the top of their truck.
Went for car interior detail and shampoo wash Not worried about the color mark. Instead of removing the color mark they destroyed upholstery : , also not cleaned properly. Gave 20$ tips for their wonderful work.
Very good car wash. Friendly staff and great attention to detail. Its an older location with some outdated landscaping and less than plush waiting area; however, the service outweighs any lack of facility.
