Great place to hang out and people watch. The service was excellent and the cigar selection was awesome. Be prepared for some eccentric features. When selecting your cigar you can’t pick it up on your own. They have to hand it to you. The young lady serving is a pro at lighting a cigar. Place is very clean.
My first experience was delightful--the Gin Martini I was served was the best I have ever had. I looked forward to this trip all day and talked it up to friends, but tonight the waitress was rude, drink was tiny and taste was not as pleasant as I had just two days ago from the same bartender, and it was overall a bad experience. An expensive, unpleasant experience with a mediocre drink. My disappointment is real. I should of just stayed in at my hotel and had 3 drinks for the price of the one at the Westin bar!
Had to be the weirdest cigar lounge experience of my life. After a very unwelcoming trip through the door I was asked if I was having a drink or take out. Red flag 1. I wasn’t even sure if they would allow me into the humidor but they eventually did. Right when I walk in some young guy told me I’m not allowed to touch the cigars. New rule I guess but maybe a good thing?? Prices were through the roof. $30 for an LP9 lol. After telling the guy and awkwardly pointing to the cigar I asked if I was allowed to sit down and smoke it and he said only if I buy a drink. Lol you just uppriced the cigar 25% more than usual and I’m not even allowed to smoke it there unless I spend more money? He said the area is tobacco friendly and I could walk around with it. It was 100 degrees outside.
We went in to enjoy a drink and smoke, and the place looked great and exceptional. When I purchased from the glass cabinet a pack of their djarmum clove cigarettes, and then I went to the bar to order a drink and smoke the gal there told me I can't smoke in the business. There were many people there smoking in the business, but I was the only one unable to smoke a djarum cigarette and was told to leave if I was to smoke it. I couldn't understand why one can't smoke a product that was purchased in the business. The gal showed me a pack of black djarmum cigarettes that could be smoked in the business. I told her that the black djarum cigarette is also a clove cigarette, so she could tell me why I couldn't smoke the pack. If I was told or a sign was up, I would have never purchased the cigarettes. The gal said that "the packs are the same but not." So basically, I don't recommend going to this cigar bar because of this reason. One should be able to smoke any they sell!!!!!!!!! I will go back to discuss this with management, and I will update you all when it happens very soon....
The waitress was rude and the service was completely different from the night before. The drink looked different, tasted different, and I was charged differently. When I discussed this with her, her attitude was indifferent and condescending. I will not be back and do not recommend. Sad because it is a place I thought I would frequent based on my first experience.
Went here to have a cigar I purchased 3 and a drink. The drink was not what I ordered and the girl told me I still had to pay for the drink because I took a drink from the glass. I was not paying for a drink that I simply tasted it not even a full taste, so I asked for the manger. I was told to come inside to speak to the manager, I said no thank you she can come to me. The girl comes back outside to tell me the manager is on the phone and will remove it from my bill this one time but will not do it next time. There will be no next time!!! I have been here plenty of times with great customer service but this was not it. Do better!!!
Great place to hangout with friends. They have large selection of fine cigars, and lots of variety and a pretty solid drink menu. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
Cannot recommend this establishment. You can look at cigars but are not allowed to touch. I had cigars snatched out of my hand by an employee. I have been smoking cigars for over 25 years and this is the first establishment that ever told me not to touch the cigars. I have bought cigars all over the US, Europe and the Far East and have never seen anything like this. Ridiculous!! Either trying to hide something or they have a problem with people stealing cigars. Either way not a place I want to visit. Too many other options in Huntsville to deal with this foolishness.
I am a world traveler and experienced cigar smoker. I heard good things about Vintage and can only confirm after my visit that they are all correct. Humidor is of the highest standard as well as the personal service. This establishment is genuinely 5 star and just as equal to any high caliber cigar lounge in London or Dubai. Fantastic!
This is supposed to be a Cigar Lounge and smoking was not allowed at the bar? It’s a “Cigar Lounge”. Then they would not allow you to light your own cigar, they had to do it. I don’t even know if this person has a clue how to light a cigar. It’s not a Marlboro Light!!!!Service: 1/5
