Vintage is an open fellowship of Christians committed to a robust Christian mind and an active Christian witness.
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." Someone once captured the implications of this statement by saying that Jesus is the true reality through which we evaluate our world. This means that our values, our goals, our purpose, and our very understanding of the world in which we live must be viewed through the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. There should be no area of life that Jesus does not touch. At Vintage Christian Fellowship, we are working to develop just such a worldview, one which is rooted in the true God's words and his work in Jesus. We strive to learn how we can allow him to be Lord in our relationships, our education, and our vocations.
Through teaching and studying the Bible, we aspire to learn and enter into the story of God: why he made the world, what we are doing here, and what God is doing in and through us. Through opportunities to serve we respond to Jesus' commands to become like servants an to value the 'least of these.' In our main gatherings we join as a community to honor or Maker. Through activities and games we develop relationships and enjoy the world that God has given us. And through evangelism, we respond to Jesus' call to spread his good news to others. In it all, we hope to grow in the truth of Jesus until it is imprinted on our very minds and hearts, and lived out before a world that desperately needs to know the Truth that sets us free.
Vintage Christian Fellowship is committed to open dialogue with everyone, making Christian disciples, and equipping students to be missionaries.
