Vip Carwash

I go for a oil change and they pop the valve stem on my tire to only come back for him to tell me that is broken and I need to fix it. I told him no you broke it and you need to fix it so he says he will get me a new valve stem then while they’re putting the donut on my car they drive on my flat tire which left a ring around the tire and now I’m waiting for him to see if he will fix the tire as well. Like if it’s charity work like he’s doing me a favor when he’s fixing some thing that his worker broke so we will see you today because I did not pay them for the oil change and I’m not going to pay, this will be the last time I ever come to them. This is a terrible place to do business although they’re trying to help me they still make me feel like they don’t want to. Tells me if my tire is messed up and if he doesn’t fix my tire, I’m not paying for the oil change.

I was overcharged by $40.00 for “full synthetic” oil. Manager “Luis” says they’ve never had an issue in 10 years of business. All the reviews here indicate otherwise. They are scamming customers one way or another. I didn’t receive any type of compensation or apology. I was told $40 at first and it came out to $90 without my approval. What’s going on VIP ? Is this customer service ?

They’re using old oil there or I paid extra for a better one and they put a cheaper one instead. I paid for the 5 thousand miles synthetic my car asked me to change again when it was 3 thousand miles. I’ll never go back there again horrible place, horrible costumer service. Keep it your eyes open when going there. There’s a bunch of better places near to go don’t waste your money.

About 10 years ago, VIP employees didn't tighten my trucks oil drain plug. I went back the same day, and VIP topped off the oil, secured the drain cap, and gave me a free car wash, which was nice to see them make me whole. I've been a customer since VIP opened on Main Street in Bridgeport. Sadly, about a couple of weeks after my last oil change, I started smelling oil burning but couldn't see from where the leak was coming from. I just spent $9000 from the dealer, and the motor was still under warranty. So I took Durango to my car dealership, where they told me that oil was leaking from the oil filter because it wasn't secured enough. Dealership charged me $185 to clean leaked oil and gave me a new proper oil change. I went back to VIP and spoke with an employee who said he couldn't do anything, so I called VIP and reached out to management. The manager working that day said he had to speak to his boss and will reach back to me in 3 days. It has now been 8 days, and I'm being ignored..... Guess what, everyone! I went back to VIP 30 days later with a different car, and the manager remembered me. He approached me to say that his boss would give me a FREE oil change on my next visit for their error on my last visit. He went on to say he tried calling me several times after I left last month. I updated my phone number with them. Apparently, they have been trying to reach me. Thank you, VIP, for remaining my favorite place!!!

Went to get a simple oil change and car wash when my car was returned to me the driver side Botton on the switch was broken and the car wash wasn’t even professional still stains on the car and rugs weren’t cleaned at all I am highly unsatisfied and won’t be coming back I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!Services: Auto detailing

Pay 31 dollars for a horrible job and they very unprofessional. Inside of the car was still looking like they did nothing and Front part of my bumper came off while it was in the wash and one had the decently to tell they just put the part in my car and kept going. I will never come to this place again.

Terrible place. If you have a open box truck they will charge full price for a half done job. It will only be washed the sides and nothing else. Hood and roof will not be touch. They not even warning you that the wash will be a half done and you need to finish the hood and roof yourself Even better try to talk to the manager was like to talking to the wall. The car wash and oil change services are professionally done and car looks amazing after wash, waiting area and bathrooms spotless while you wait

It was terrible! My car was still dirty and they half way cleaned the inside. So i turned around and went back for them to clean the inside some more. Even the price of the oil change went up. I am $90 unhappy.
