Vip Nails

This is the best nail place in crawfordsville. The staff are polite and joke around with you. If you're a regular, they know you by name and what you want done. Prices are typical. Very skilled technicians. My niece even decided she wanted to change 1 nail to match her sister and they did it happily. Highly recommend!

Environment is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and personable. My gel nails lasted for over a month with no lifting at the top or chilling. 10/10

My friend and I went here today, and mind you, this was my first experience with acrylics. We both got full sets and same colors. 1. The environment was undesirable. Dirty floors. Disorganized space, and in general, messy apearance, no music and there were TVs but they were off. 2. Their customer service was also very bad. The woman doing my nails never spoke to me once "how are you? What are you up to today etc?" She ignored me and spoke another language to her coworkers the whole time. I told her this is my first experience with acrylics and I had no idea what shape or length I wanted. She never offered to help me at all! So I had to guess... 3. The woman doing my nails also answered the phone and set appointments with people ON SPEAKER right in front of me! Super UNPROFESSIONAL. I couldn't get her full attention for my service. which makes sense for how bad they turned out 4. My nails themselves were not good. I'm an acrylic noob but even I know they looked off. Super thick and uneven. Not worth 41$. My friends nails were even more messy. She wanted to get them redone or taken off and when she called to talk to them about it, they LAUGHED at her. When she couldn't get a refund, with no explanation as to why, the man HUNG up on her. We were both so excited to have these nails for vacation and they turned out awful. Will never visit again. Don't waste your money or time here!!

staff is so unprofessional. told me the nails i wanted were ugly and to not get them. when i processed to say i wanted the ones i picked she was very snobby. she didn’t ask how long i wanted them she just started cutting my first nail and said “oh sorry is that a good length?” in the middle of my appointment she stopped and ordered food! so unprofessional. if you got there i recommend the men. the women are terrible.Service: Acrylic nails
