I wouldn’t give this facility any stars if I had an option not to!!! I’m reporting this place to the state TODAY!!! My daughter had a miscarriage and they put her in a room for hours without seeing a doctor. Someone took her for a ultrasound and confirmed she had a miscarriage. A nurse told her she lost a lot of blood. She was not given any meds for her pain, no blood transfusion or a D&C!!!! Instead, she was discharged without even seeing a doctor!!!!! She had to go to another facility where they immediately gave her a blood transfusion!!!!Her b/p and blood levels was dangerously low and she could have died!!!! My daughter was taken to the OR given a D&C ! This will not be swept under a rug! I know who and where to report places like this ! Do NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! They are not true to their professions!

Please be very aware and mindful when attending this facility. They are a corrupt company and will take financial bribery from large insurance companies to hide and cover up severe medical illnesses and conditions in patients. They will also lie and cover up miscarriages in young women.

If I could I wouldn't give the one star. Took father there for leaking Foley bag that they put on the day before, which was too small. Checked in at 4:10 pm and left at 11:10 pm. The emergency room was not filled up, so it wasn't that busy. When we finally get into a room, the floors are disgusting. This hospital we only use for simple procedures because they aren't equipped for major emergencies. This wait time is unacceptable and this hospital needs a complete overhaul. The NP came in and stayed 3 minutes and we never saw her again. Should have just bought him to Norfolk General like I usually do.

I came her to have my first baby, the staff was nice cordial and out of everyone Miss Tina the nurse watching over me was a shining star. She reassured me of my anxieties and made me feel heard and calm. Unfortunately for me I had to undergo an emergency c-section, I was taken in quickly. Unfortunately, my epidural was placed wrong so when they began cutting I could feel most of it 10/10 pain, however they swiftly gave me pain relief through gas. My only discrepancies is the rooms are very small, humid, hot, and the showers are very gross and don’t work correctly. I was attached to a catheter and my urine tank wasn’t emptied very often. It was so full my mother a nurse from Californiahad to empty it because it was about to overflow. When bringing my 7 day old baby in for lab testing, I assume the nurse getting the blood from my daughters foot was new and not trained because instead of pricking the foot they sliced my babies foot open and she bled all over her car seat on the way home. I admit I was angry. Overall I give 3 stars.

Awful experience with David Anthony Konzem, PA-C. He was very rude and unprofessional! No bed side manner AT ALL and got nothing accomplished in my Visit. He didnt even take the time to find out what all my symptoms were before he was walking out of the door. If you go to the ER and he's in there I highly suggest going  to another hospital!! Also blood all over the ER room. Not clean.

September 4th 2013 my mom had surgery I stayed the whole time she was there she didn't get out until September 21st but the nurses was so nice to me and my mother what a great place.

I called tonight it’s 10:55 The moment she got on the phone she had an attitude talking about “how can i help you” she didn’t give me enough time to respond before screaming “HELLO HOW CAN I HELP YOU?!” with an attitude.Most definitely don’t want them taking care of me

Had an Intense sinus infection. They saw me right away. They treated me very well. The whole process only took a couple hours. I feel much better now. Navy medical would have covid tested me and sent me home to suffer

My name Fernando Licona outrageous emergency service for a newborn.  I am the father of Dalia, to whom Dr. Joseph Tripp tried more than 6 times to take a sample for meningitis, which he was unable to do and he did not even face me to explain my baby's situation.  How unethical.  not speaking fluent English does not mean that they do not understand what they speak or that we are illiterate parents... impotence of not being able to do anything!  after they pricked  more than 20 times to do tests.  and we ended up not knowing anything about what happened!!!.  and I wonder: one pays the service nothing cheap by the way to receive this lousy service?

Only time in my life I've had an adult scream at me in a fit of rage because I asked a question! Terrified my already anxious daughter. Will never be treated by this attending doctor again if I have to drive 2 hours in any direction to keep from being treated by his incompatence. We live in a very sad area for health care.
