The Virginia Collaborative Professionals of Lynchburg is a group of specially trained divorce attorneys, communication coaches, child specialists, and financial specialists. We are committed to helping couples and families stay whole when going through a divorce. We believe in helping couples and families create good solutions which work in the best interest of each person. A commitment is made to stay out of court and solve the problems of a divorce through a collaborative, team process.
Without going to court, the Collaborative Process helps people to:

-- preserve, to the extent possible, the opportunity to co-parent effectively
-- maintain healthy extended family relationships
Our mission and vision is that Collaborative Practice will become a Dispute Resolution "model of choice" in the Central Virginia area and an influential factor in local and global peace building.
