What I love about this practice is that I never wait. They always start on time and finish soon. I feel the visits are accurate and everyone is so nice. They would not have you do work you don’t need, and that too, is a big plus. I highly recommend!
1. I was attended on time without wait time. 2. Doctors and staff were ready to listen and respond to all queries 3. I was advised properly to help me improve on my self dental care 4. Dental cleaning and flossing was done perfectly. 5. Next appointment was discussed and updated on the system.
Today the service that I received was great! I had to make an unexpected appointment due to a car accident and I asked for an early appointment. To my pleasure and surprise, I did get an appointment with Dr. Tran. She was very focused, direct and attentive. Dr. Tran emphasized with me as she could see that my case was serious and I needed to feel seen and listened toe and did not minimize my concerns. More over, when I walked in I was greeted with a smile, this made me feel welcome and more at ease. Overall, the service was awesome!
I had such a pleasant experience during my first visit. The entire staff was so nice and professional. I did not even wait. The dentist explained to me everything in detail. Overall it was a positive experience
I absolutely love the staff here. They make me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in the work they do. I look forward to seeing Lindsay King every 6 months - she is phenomenal. Have been a patient for years and will continue to be!
Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Dental assistant was very kind and calming. Dentist was very knowledgeable, patient and reassuring. I didn’t have to wait long. Environment was very clean and modern.
First time here and I’m pretty sure I’ve found my new regular dentist. Everyone is super friendly and they called me back super quick. I’ve never been to a dentist where the doctor does your cleaning. It was a great experience! Doctor Guh and his team are amazing!!
Virginia Family Dentistry is a well managed business. Most importantly, it is a one stop shop, you can get all your dental needs under the same roof. My husband was able to see Dr. Tran the next day when he had an issue with his tooth. Someone from the office would call and remind us about the appointment 48 hours prior. There are many exam room and the whole building is nice and clean. Convenient location, plenty of parking, friendly customer service. This is a place liked by many others.
Cindy was so delightful, and Dr. Tran as well. I really appreciated that all technicians were wearing masks, and that there was an air purifier in the room. My visit felt very thorough. Happy to be a new patient here!
My RDH, Gretchen & Dentist, Dr. Nguyen always are pleasant and provide excellent customer service! My appointment always starts quickly. I am very pleased with the care I receive.
