I love Doctor Wood! I’ve saw her since I was a kid. Unfortunately her front desk staff is not good. The last time my husband and I was there, he bought almost $1000 in glasses. Every time we called and asked about them, we received nothing but rudeness and hatefulness. I hope Dr. Wood revamps her front desk staff. Other than that, the facility is nice.
Dr. Wood is an exceptional eye doctor. She is an expert in her field with years of experience. I always feel like my exam is thorough and pleased with the RX I am given. And No I am not a relative.
Love it here.! Been with Dr. Wood since she was in Ashville.! Now my entire family see her.. Friendly staff, welcoming environment, overall it's an amazing place.!
I am not a relative. I also do not get paid to post positive reviews for businesses. I AM however a returning/existing patient of Shonda Wood and honestly, 5 stars is not enough. This clinic has been my primary eye clinic for years now and I have never had a negative experience. I've recommended Dr. Wood to family and they too love her and her staff. So if you're looking for a new eye clinic or are recently in need of an eye clinic, don't let a couple of negative reviews stop you from seeking Dr. Wood's care. 10/10 recommend.
So happy with my experience there! The staff is very friendly and Dr. Wood was able to prescribe the perfect pair of glasses for me. Glad to have such a high level of service so close to home!
Excellent service, friendly staff, loved the high tech exam. Eye exam on a Thursday, had my new glasses the following Tuesday. Fit great, prescription perfect, couldn’t be more pleased.
Had eye exam and bought 2 pair of glasses and could not see with either pair. Had to go back to my old ones. Avoid this place if at all possible. Know other people now she has done this way. Think good reviews are relatives are paid people. Good luck you will need it if you use this place.
Broken glasses the day before my daughter is taking the ACT. Vision Alabama took care of her.
Friendly staff. The doctor was thorough and took her time with me. The office is clean and pretty. I would recommend them to anyone.
