Love vision pro,my experience was awesome, so happy with my new glasses, I let everyone know that's the place to go for eye exam and frames, you all rock
Really the most friendly staff I've encountered in a long time! I met with Jenna to help me decide on some new frames and figure out payment, etc. She was an absolute joy to work with! The new location is nice and spacious, and the Dr was candid and clear about the best route for my eye care.
Don't be late or you'll be blacklisted. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life. I have adhd inattentive type & suffer from executive disfunction as well as time blindness which is a chronic issue I struggle with every day. The lady was rude & snubbed me. I have never been treated so terribly. My kids appointments were before mine & the Dr had a careless attitude about my son's eye issue. DON'T GO HERE.

Very pleased with getting in timely, competent and caring staff and very helpful.
They were very accommodating. On Nov. 3 I got an eye injury and walked into their office and asked if I could be seen. Dr. Beth Fischer fit me in and determined I had a scratched cornea and was able to prescribe me something to give me relief. Can’t thank her and her office staff enough for being so helpful, friendly and understanding.
Horrible customer service more interested in helping my husband than me. Only said glasses where cute nothing about how they fit my face. We spent 2000 on glasses. Now I want to return them and I’m willing to pay 25 but they don’t have a frame that is an extra hundred.
Fast, friendly and helpful customer service. The waiting area is clean, inviting and COVID19 safe. Good music was playing and one of the employees liked the music to, because she sang with the songs as they played.
