Biz located inside a building, 3rd floor. Rang the bell several times and no answer during business hours. Not a good feeling...

I love Vision. Travel...I've been doing this business for 7 years and I adore this family business headed by Felipe Villegas and his family along with Puerto Rican Rigobeto Henandez

The worst online shopping experience for air boleros. My agent in Caracas was waiting for the answer for the use of the ticket for several weeks. They never answered my emails. The agent had to go directly to the airline and it was too late to use the open credit on the ticket. I had to find another flight with another company and I lost money due to the inefficiency of this travel agency. I do NOT recommend them.

The worst experience with this agency. It is impossible to communicate with them if it is not through the representative who sold you the ticket. And they did not take responsibility for the ticket. I was notified that my dad's ticket could be used as credit upon issuance, but when I called the airline to use it, they said no credits were available. I tried to contact the travel agency and they have not responded to me either by virtual chat or by email. They are negligent and unethical with the client. Zero recommended. I had to go to my bank to claim my money, which is requested exclusively by transfer and not by credit card. Bad experience.
