My first visit to your office and I was thoroughly impressed. Everything was thoughtful and kind. Dr. Jones was awesome and explained everything in a way I could understand. I hope to visit you again if necessary.

Great first experience with Dr Jones for pre cataract surgery evaluation. Initial check in was easy, initial ocular evaluation was handled well by the Dr Assistant. Dr Jones left me assured that I had selected the right Ophthalmologist to perform my surgery. So far, so good!!

First time visit to Visionaire Eye Consultants. Exams were conducted in timely and professional manner. Reason for visit was cataract evaluation. I would recommend Dr. Jones and his staff to anyone needing this type of evaluation.

Great experience with woman who took eye pictures and the DO who reviewed them. Excellent explanation of my situation and what to look for in the future. Front desk woman was off putting. “ID and insurance card.” That’s how she greeted me. No smile. I felt like a number rather than a person even though there was only one other person in the waiting room. The iPad you have to use to sign like 8 forms barely accepted input for my signature and it’s gross to use something other random people have used.

The professional service I received while going in for my check-up was exceptional. The eye care technician who took me until I met with Dr. Jones was exceptional, insightful, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Jones is the best—detailed, professional, and understanding. He is the consummate professional!

I was very nervous to have a procedure done to my eye but Dr. Jones was very reassuring! I asked him to talk to me through the whole thing which he kindly obliged, and did a great job. Beautiful office, great staff, top notch doctor!

Appointment was handled in a swift, organized, professional manner. Dr. Jones discussed the diagnosis of cataracts with me and fully explained treatment. All my questions were answered.

I along with my husband Nick have been going here now since purchasing our home in The Meadows just pre-covid and picked here as it was conveniently located to us. I have personally not ever been overly thrilled with this practice as each time I have ended up having to order contacts through 1-800-Contacts due to them simply being flaky. The front desk staff is not overly friendly for certain either. This year I went in for my yearly exam paid the $112 fee that I was told would cover my contact trial lenses. Well, Andrea Griffin who I saw fitted me for my initial lenses but they were super blurry and I never could see out of them. She then attempted a pair she said her mother herself loved a multifocal toric lense. I have really bad eye sight and they didn't have my right lenses in a trial of course so the office had to order them. After a week and not hearing back I called them. Was told they were still not in and I'd be notified once they were. The following week after my phone call I had lab work near them at the hosptical so stopped by their office to see if they had arrived yet. Not only had they not arrived but they had not even shipped yet. The girl that told me was seemingly annoyed I had bothered her I guess without having a formal appointment! After now over two weeks have gone by I call again and low and behold my lenses were in. Don't know how long as no one bothered once again to call and notify me. I go by and pick them up and have now been in them for over a month b/c they could not get me in for the follow up appointment here in Castle Rock prior to flying out on a trip. I let them know I needed them now and driving to Lakewood for an appointment was not going to happen when I live right here in C.R. and am on a time frame for leaving town. The girl said she'd ask Andrea what to do and NEVER called me back. I had to fly to Texas for week and now that I'm back and called they are saying I don't even have a prescription as of yet for contact lenses?! Am I living in the Twilight Zone? 1-800-contacts called them and they stated the same. Unbelievable. I here good things about Dr Jones but don't recommend Griffin at all or the front desk staff plus horrible wait times. Funny when we are expected to arrive even early for appointments when the doctors do not have the same respect. Go eleswhere. I do NOT recommend this practice. Customer service has really fallen in so many places and it's a shame. Luckily 1-800-Contacts has outstanding customer service and works with me everytime. I already have new lenses on the way after doing their online exam. From now on my go to as it was before.

the whole experience was first rate. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was seen at my appt time with no delays. The provided a detailed examination and discussion around my eye health. I would highly recommend Visionaire to anyone needing eye care.
