My fiancé broke his glasses and doesn't have vision insurance. He called to get his prescription so he could order a cheap pair online to last him until he could make it in for an appointment and buy new glasses. The person over the phone said they couldn't give it to him and they ended the conversation. Which is a lie. Whether its an old prescription or not, every patient legally has the right to their medical records. I work in the medical field. He is an easy going guy, so he waited a week while we superglued his lenses, then went in for an appointment. It would have been better if they had said they recommended he update his prescription, but to refuse to give him his medical records - I thought about reporting them, but figured a google review would probably mean more these days.
Great place to get quick and simple service. They have a nice collection and prices are very fair. Keep up the good work.
Paducah location runs a well oiled machine! The ease of making appointments, appointment availability, quick, but thorough service, and everyone treats you as if you've known them or been a patient for years!
Vision works has always been a great place to go for your eye care. Friendly and helpful employees and the price is very reasonable. You get treated like a person and not just a number.
The current staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate their help from the time I walked in until the time I left. My glasses came quicker than expected and turned out great!
Very easy to set an appointment up online, very little time waiting and the doctor is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and will take the time to talk you through any questions you may have and the staff that assists with getting your glasses set up or also awesome!
A few bumps in the road. I chose a frame to big for me and my glasses kept falling off. I'm a female and I liked a pair of the men's glasses. I came back and they had me select another frame with shorter ear pieces. Very nice and stood behind their 100 day warranty.
The store was clean. Was greeted nicely. The doctor did a great job, and the young lady who helped me with my glasses was also great. Everyone was friendly.
My appointment from start to finish was about an hour. Everyone was kind, helpful, answered questions and knowledgeable. The staff and Dr were great.
Great place for your vision care needs! Everyone was very professional and cordial. Dr. Case is genuine and kind. I enjoyed my experience at Visionworks!
