They were super fast getting us in compared to one place saying a 3 month wait and the other said 3 weeks. On top of that we have 2 pair of glasses within 24 hours of our visit
i don't trust their eye exams. Spent less than 5min with the doctor. Chose to eat the expense and have my exam done at a different place.
They did a good job. Worked with me and an old favorite pair of glasses. Received glasses sooner than expected. Everyone I talked with was very helpful.
Very clean facility, the staff is extremely helpful. The optometrist was very good, helping me to update my prescription for mono-vision contact lenses. The ordering process was made as easy as possible, with the associate being knowledgeable of what my insurance covered, which discounts and specials I was eligible to use, and discerning how to optimize my benefits for the best cost savings. They have a nice selection of frames as well.
All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. One employee Phaedra, stood out above all others. She has a wonderful personality and so bright and happy. She helped me pick out my new glasses, which I love. I will definitely return here for my next pair of glasses.
I absolutely LOVE Visionworks! The Dr. Is REALLY nice and she actually listens to me and answered all my questions and the staff is also just beyond amazing, they all help you if you need it and I definitely did and one of the staff took about 45 minutes with me to find my glasses that I really wanted and they have so so so many glasses hence why it took about 45 minutes. But my experience every time I go there is wonderful and I will continue to go there and I always refer my family and friends to go there if they need an eye exam, glasses or contacts. So overall Visionworks is to me is THE VERY BEST... like I said before the doctor she is just so professional, nice, very helpful and she takes her time with you. She actually cares about your concerns and the staff is so so helpful and they have the MOST glasses in Cape Gir. They have soooo many which I love but it makes it hard to make a decision...I just went there yesterday and I wanted like eight pairs but unfortunately I could only get two...But again their glasses selection is amazing and SO BIG, SOOOO MANY PAIRS! I suggest you go there not only will you get great help from the staff but the doctor is very professional and she actually cares about her patients which you don't find that very often. So, I most CERTAINLY would check it out, that's for sure!!! You'll not only be happy that you did but you will be satisfied completely I do believe. OH AND THEY DO MAKE YOU WEAR MASKS!! When you walk in they give you a new mask and they also take your temperature and ask you a few questions before you can even be seated let alone seen... it's mandatory you wear a mask while you're there PERIOD!
My wife was wary of going to a "chain" optometrist, but we were both very impressed by the speed and quality of service. Without providing my previous prescription, Dr. Foster found an exact match for my glasses and contacts prescription within minutes. Phaedra was fun to talk to, gave us her honest opinions on our frame selections, and was just overall super helpful and down-to-earth. 20/20, would get eyes checked again.
At first when I went to Visionworks, I was a little frustrated. I waited over an hour to be seen, and when the doctor called my name, another customer decided he was going to take my place instead. But, the folks at the front were so kind and fun to be around that I can’t say I had a bad time at all. Even spending so much time in there, Phaedra and Alana were so wonderful and easy to talk to that I had a great afternoon regardless.
Best eye exam/glasses experience I’ve ever had. Super fast and friendly too! I had my prescription glasses within an hour after my appointment.
Extremely friendly staff and amazing work done! Honestly one of the easiest and pleasant experiences I've ever had at an optometrist office. I will strongly recommend to all that are searching, to go here for all of their eye care needs.
