I cannot say enough good things about Visiting Angels. This is our second experience with them, and from the start at intake, through the initial visit to every caregiver in between the experience was beyond description. They listen very well, and have the most friendly and supportive staff that truly care about their patients in this case, my mother. They go above and beyond, and truly have exceeded every Expectation I’ve had about them. I can’t recommend them enough!
I am a caregiver for VA and it is the best job I have ever had! I've been here almost 6 years and I just adore the staff. They really care. They invest in me by providing excellent training, incentives, and employee parties. The take great care of their clients as well. They are a loving, caring, and treat everyone with respect. How can I express my appreciation for the fantastic care and compassion provided by Visiting Angels Glendora. Their unwavering support guided me through one of the most challenging periods of my life. My mother was residing in a senior nursing home, but due to severe understaffing, I felt concerned about her safety. Thankfully, a caregiver from Visiting Angels Glendora stayed with her throughout the evening and overnight, providing the reassurance and security we desperately needed. The respite provided by Visiting Angels Glendora was invaluable to me and my family during this difficult time. Their presence allowed me to take a much-needed break while knowing that my mother was covered by capable and caring hands. They went above and beyond to ensure my mother's comfort and well-being. We have been using Visiting Angels for about 2 1/2 yrs now for our mother. We were blessed when they sent us Terisa! She’s so caring and easy to work with. Our mother likes things done a certain way sometimes and Terisa is quick to make sure the task is done as requested without hesitation. Terisa always has a smile on her face and a caring heart every day. With Visiting Angels our family has peace of mind that our mother is receiving wonderful care.
My handicapped wife has used Visiting Angels for several months and they have totally exceeded our expectations. They always send a reliable helper even on short notice. Our helpers have been consistently willing and cheerful and never complain. They assist with bathing and dressing my wife as well as do household chores, laundry, meals, running errands etc. If you are in need, don't hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed!
Visiting Angels is a professional orgranization, from top to bottom. I hired Visting Angels to provide a caregiver for my husband to come to our house a few days a week. For the first visit, both the caregiver and the case manager Joan came to our house. I had an opportunity to tell both of them exactly what I needed from the caregiver and it was great to have the case manager there as well so she also knew what I expected and needed. The pricing was easy to understand and reasonable. The caregiver did a great job and gave my husband the chance to continue living in our house. This avoided him being admitted to a care facility which saved us a lot of money. In addition, my husband really wanted to remain at home as opposed to having to live apart from me. Getting old sucks but the caregiver made my husband's life better as well as my own.
I wanted to leave a review because I want other families looking for Senior home care to benefit from the loving care Visiting Angels Glendora provides. My Dad had dementia and recently passed away. Prior to that he received the very best support possible from these Angels. The caregivers were sent from heaven for our family. They made a rough times much easier for my father and our family, especially Vincent who really became an amazing friend to my father and not only helped him with things like meals and bathing but engaged him and kept him company. I highly recommend this Visiting Angels Glendora and their caregivers to anyone in need of respite or senior home care!
My Mom is 95 years old and was very set against having a caregiver. I interviewed a couple of agencies but had heard many good things about Visiting Angels. I was very impressed with Joan Cady who came out for the interview. On the second day, they sent caregiver Tina Guerrero. I was immediately happy with her attention to detail. First few days were rough as my Mom was still against having someone in her home. After a week, she begin to open up to Tina. Now, their relationship is fantastic. Mom looks forward to having Tina there everyday. Thank you Tina, Joan and Visiting Angels for taking such great care of my Mom.
