We started with Visiting Angels in late February for both my parents-8 hours/ day, 7 days/ week. It began with an in person assessment with Debbie, who is so personable, compassionate and knowledgeable, as have been all of the office personnel I’ve been in contact with over the last few months. Nearly all of the caregivers have been extremely efficient and compassionate, beyond expectations- like part of the family. All issues that have come up have been dealt with immediately and completely to our satisfaction. Paperwork to the long term care insurance has been seamless. We couldn’t be happier with Visiting Angels, and highly recommend them.
I got a referral to visiting angels from my doctors office after realizing I didn’t have a ride to a procedure where I’d be getting sedation and couldn’t drive. I contacted them less than a week before the procedure and the set up was very easy! I contacted another company as well but visiting angels offered the service for a lower price. They were very nice, and all I had to do was give them the basic info and they did the rest! The woman they assigned to drive me was great and I had a good experience. Thank you!
They have been very responsive, compassionate and understanding working with my aunt. My aunt is not the easiest and has been refusing care for a long time, but Visiting Angels has been a god send coming in to help. They have done a terrific job and have been able to put her mind at ease. Now she looks forward to seeing her caregiver.
The best company in home care as I would say in my 12 years of experience. I have enjoyed working for Visiting Angel's Stockton for 6 years now. I have the upmost respect for the staff in the office and the company as a whole. I have enjoyed every client I've been to and cared for. I hope that my review will inspire another caregiver to apply for a job opportunity or a family member in need of help to seek a loving, caring and respectful caregiver. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with. They take pride in buisness and will help the caregiver or client's needs. When you have found what you love to do, as I have and found it a gift from God, you feel honored to work with such a great company and a wonderful group of people.
Some great and some just god awful, most pretty lazy and just want to sit there. Going to start taking down names and weed out the worthless, one even ordered subscriptions on my Amazon prime while they were suppose to be watching over my 91 year old grandfather. Really tired of hearing they’re diagnoses while being NOT doctors, also a few that are more than a few years older than a senior citizen and we’re not able to pick up my grandfather when he fell down. Thank god I was home, most really loud while he was trying to sleep and I had to be rude to get them to be quiet at 7 in the morning.
I recently had knee replacement. I realized I was going to need some help with my day to day duties and my personal care. Rosa, from Visiting Angles has taken my recovery so much more tolerable. The stress of her helping and doing many of my day to day tasks has relieved so much stress. Thank you Visiting Angels, and Rosa.
I work for an assisted living company and on occasion we need one on one care. I enjoy working with Debbie Choate, she is very responsible and gets the job done. One Friday at 5pm, I needed her services and she had a visiting angel lined up within the half hour. I recommend Visiting Angels for care.
Although my sister Jeannie only had a week with Visiting Angels, it was a perfect match from the start. Our aide Kitten hit it off instantaneously with Jeannie, there was an immediate connection. The care and affection was genuine and it gave our family confidence that Jeannie was getting the best care possible during her time of need. We are forever grateful.
Needed temporary care because of surgery. Diane came on time and expertly completed all the tasks that I had listed. Even cleaned some things without asking if needed. I would definitely use Visiting Angels again and request Diane.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to share with all of you how incredible this company is and how I am so lucky to be a part of such a wonderful group of people. To be honest with you I didn't have a background in this field or that much experience but they took a chance on me and what an incredible Journey I have been on. I have been extremely blessed and very humble in just the short time I have been there. I also have been so lucky to have met so many wonderful people and have had some of the most meaningful and honest conversations with them. Being with this company has changed me in ways I didn't expect or realize. It has given me the ability to appreciate my life and the people in it and it also has given me the ability to be more understanding and compassionate. P.S.
