I’ve passed by this course off the 5 100,000 times and this was the first opportunity to play. Well worth it. First of all, every business, every restaurant, every fast food place has. Rapt service. Everyone is busy and there’s a wait for everything. From the starter to the pro shop to the cart guy, everyone was very friendly and I have to recognize. One challenging executive 18 and a par 3. I played the executive and it was phenomenal. Long 4’s and challenging 3’s including water. Well worth it.
Great place to play golf. You can also take lessons. Very friendly staff. The fairways are in good shape. The owners are managing the course. They will be redesigning the driving range and clubhouse. Exciting changes are now developing. Great staffing and management team. P.s.Try the par 3, 9 holes course "Chica", which is right next to Vista Valencia GC. Same ownership.
I drive by this place all the time... FINALLY got the chance to play it. I booked a tee time for late afternoon. When I showed up, the parking lot was busy and there wasn't an empty stall on the range. I walked to the starter and he asked if I was ready to go... A twosome was on the tee. Sure, let's do it! The golf course is short, but NOT easy. There are some really challenging holes out here. I wonder how many rounds they see annually. Not in the best shape, but that didn't bother me. I played with 2 nice men and really enjoyed the experience. No birdies... But I don't want to talk about that. Can't wait to come back for another shot at it. FORE!
I am an occasional golfer, like twice per year. Vista is the perfect low pressure course and the fees are low. Few golfers here play intensely. It's a par 64 course with a few par 4 holes, 3 of them about 400 yards long. The rest of the holes are fairly short. This course gets a lot of traffic. So the fairways are pretty worn and the greens have a lot of patches, but play well. The sand traps are hard packed, more like cement traps. That being said, the course is fun. There are lots of holes with dramatic elevation changes and a beautiful par 3 with the green on an island. Most important, the people working there are very nice and accommodating. Great course to get together with a buddy you haven't seen in a while and hangout. Golf enthusiasts will expect more.
Nice Executive course, usually in good shape and the greens are always good shape. The only negative the course can get crowded, they let out fivesomes regularly.
The course is a little worn but the greens are ok. It's not very long but it's more challenging than it looks. The staff are excellent. I especially appreciated Jeff in the pro shop. He's very knowledgeable and polite. It was pretty busy when I went and I didn't have a tee time, but they managed to squeeze me in.
Fun course. Good pricing. Only negative is that the maintenance could be better. Grass seems like it needs better maintenance.

Try to golf here every week, the players club makes it easy and cheap. Free 9 hole course and discounted green fees. Only drawback is Par 62...
