Dr. Ashish is an amazing eye doctor! He listens attentively and gives advice on what else I should check on due to me having bad eyesight. His staff is great as well. They are extremely friendly and I love the fact that I can actually be seen at my appointment time and not wait 30 minutes later to be seen like at other optometrist offices. I love the best services and this offices provides it!
Doctor is friendly. Store staff is not that friendly. Their fees are more compare to MyEyeDoctor. Manager and sales staff does not agree on discounts. Had a bad experience with a sale. Gave discount and then cancelled the order. I won’t recommend
I have been meaning to do this review for a couple of days now. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love this place, the doctor / owner is absolutely amazing. I came in for contacts and he was with me for maybe an hour getting my exact measurements. I had Lasik done over 10 years ago, and my eyes has slowly deteriorated over the years to now I need to wear glasses and or contacts. Because of that it's very hard for me to get contacts that fit because of the LASIK. The owner made sure I got the perfect fit for my contacts unlike other doctors I have tried in the past. Which I really appreciate, his attention to detail is second to none. He made sure I left his store satisfied. Now let me talk about Amy, Amy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, very Pleasant and had a good eye for what glasses looks good on my face. She took care of me it made sure all my questions were answered when it came to billing, and general eye info. I left visual health with a pair of Tom Ford glasses and a 3 month supply of contacts. I did not expect to spend that much, but I am happy with my decision. As long as I am in the DMV area visual health is where I will go always.
Took some trying to get my glasses correct but the staff here was very patient with me and I’m very grateful. The doctors here truly listen to you and same as the staff, if you say your glasses or contacts are not working for you they will work with you to make sure you’re comfortable. 10/10
Definitely will be returning to Visual Health Doctors of Optometry - Fairfax for my glasses and eye exam needs! The doctor was friendly and eye exam went smoothly, but I especially want to commend the floor staff's help with choosing frames and figuring out my insurance coverage. They are incredibly patient and helpful--letting me try on multiple frames and choosing some they thought might work for me, too. I did not feel rushed at all. Also, they were mindful and suggested frames at different price points and checked to see if there were any additional discounts available as well. They also let me know that if I ever need my frames readjusted or nose pads replaced, that I'm welcome to come by and they're happy to do that for me. Great customer service!
exam was fine but I still have not received my glasses yet. I was originally told it would take about a week. When it had been two weeks i called and asked for an update and was told that they would check on it and get back to me. It has been a week since then and I still have not heard a thing.
It is worst experience that l bought a sunglass from shelf and not taking return since it 5 times expenses. No disclosure that is final sale. Robbing customer. Never recommend it
I have been going here for years and even though I move 30-40 minutes away I still go here because they are that good. The eye doctor really cares and takes the time to explain everything. Their prices are fair and the staff are all friendly.
A little disappointed with the rewards program they offer if you buy a year supply of contact lenses. I called many times to follow up only to be told, we will find out what happened but never got a follow up of what happened. I was sold to get the year supply for me and my daughter hoping we can save some money but I only got 1 reward not the both of us. Max out my HSA : Never coming back! I hate it when people lie just to sell products!
Although the doctor I saw was nice and respectful, the front desk staff lack strong customer service skills. They didn't assist with helping me pick frames and when I finally chose my frames they rushed me though the check out process. I have no problem waiting when things get busy but I hate being rushed especially when I'm looking to make a glasses purchase since I'm an every day wearer. Plus they have limited frame options in store. Overall, I'd get my eyes checked here again but I'd buy my glasses elsewhere.
