update: after sharing my experience, someone else at the clinic called in a completely aggressive manner to tell me that I'm no longer a patient because they saw my review and I'm "putting all the blame on them". No skin off my back, I was going to go somewhere else anyway... I've had two great experiences here, and now one terrible one. I always go in for my appointments in the morning. At my last appointment, the doctor asked if I wanted to come in or not, I said I don't mind coming in but the doctor suggested we can do it by phone. I said okay and put the date and time in my calendar with the note it was by telephone. Day of appt - I was waiting for the call, and the phone rang while I was in the bathroom. I called the clinic back after and said that I had just missed the doctor, could the doctor call me back, reception folks say they will go check if the doctor is still around. Fifteen minutes I wait on hold. Then, I call the clinic on my second phone. They pick up, I tell them what happened, and they tell me I have missed my appointment and I was supposed to be at the clinic. I'm very upset by this, because the doctor suggested it be over the phone - I always like going in! The reception folks were very rude, I asked them why they had just left me on hold, and they said I hung up. So, I put my other phone on speaker so they could hear the noises of me still being on hold. Now I am to pay $100 for 'missing' an appointment runtime of said appointment is 5 minutes. Normally I would understand, but the way this went down and the unpleasant demeanor of the reception staff has made me feel like the clinic does not care at all.
Unprofessional!! After waiting months and not getting a phone call to book my appointment. I decide to call them to see why I haven’t heard anything. Turns out they don’t take patients for hair loss, and instead of contacting me to let me know they just ignore the referrals your doctors send them. Learn how to do your job…
Terrible experience with this office, the receptionist and nurses are friendly enough, however the doctor was terrible. He seemed annoyed to even have me there and disregarded my symptoms and issues. He insisted my issue was eczema and sent me away with an expensive prescription. A few weeks later I had an actual doctor look at me and perform a biopsy on what turned out to be a benign tumor. I could very well have died had I listened to this doctor. Stay away
Just had my first appointment with Dr. Bahubeshi. He was brief and “to the point”, but polite and addressed my issues and answered my questions. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Based on my experience today, I have no problem recommending this clinic.
First time at Vital. Was referred to Dr Alana McEvoy. All was very quick and efficient. Greeted at the desk promptly and with my health card found me easily and asked me to sit and wait to be called. Seeing a specialist I expected a long wait but was in to see her in about 10min. Appointment was only 10 minutes or so and she diagnosed me and was very knowledgeable and helpful.. She explained things clearly and looked after not just the main issue but also another skin issue. Sent me on my way with prescription ordered. Over exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this clinic and Dr McEvoy without hesitation .
Every member of staff at this clinic was seemingly deliberately unhelpful - from the dermatologist who spent five minutes with me and barely made eye contact a referral I’d been waiting for for months, to the inexcusably rude receptionists. Utterly disappointing through and through.
The office manager just had a horrid attitude. Was all angry and upset before I even spoke to her and would not listen at all. Asked a question just to interrupt before I could answer. Zero listening skill, zero interpersonal skills. Just purely horrible.
Great first experience with Dr.Langley today. She took the time to explain everything to me, and listen to my concerns. She was very polite and made me feel comfortable. Even though the clinic is very busy, I did not feel rushed.
Excellent service. My wait time was very short. Dr. McEvoy was a wonderful doctor and took time to look at another issue I had. Turns out my family doctor miss-diagnosed it but Dr. McEvoy got it right!
I had an extreme awful experience dealing with Kathy and Tony. They both are unprofessional, and far away from honest they still owe us money. Please don’t get scammed by these people. Scam ! Scam! Scam! Scam! Scam!
