So my complaint is not so much on the location but the Oxyshred I bought which were both hard as rocks inside. Not even sure how I’m going to use this now. Like the scoop is completely stuck
I have had water delivered to me for over a year. I have had a good experience until my last three deliveries. They are supposed to put my waters on my porch. Instead someone has become lazy leaving them on my porch steps blocking the door so that I cannot open the door.the waters are very heavy for me that is why I had them delivered.the water has been left in the boiling sun which gives them an off taste plus the bottle itself smells. Yu k! Wastes my money thinking I am getting good water!.
Went into this location for the first time last week because i will not step foot again in South Tampa location. The 2 guys who waited on me could not of been nicer. One of them was named Joel and the other I cannot rememeber but he was awesome. I think he is a supervisor at this store and used to work at GNC. I will defintitly be back to this location as they are well stocked and eager to assit.

Headed to the store earlier today to inquire about an item that didn't reach me. Christian, the salesperson, was very helpful to get my issue sorted out. He really checked all avenues as to why the item was not delivered to me. He was able to resolve the issue promptly. This store will continue to be my go to Vitaminshoppe branch. Thank you!
This was honestly such a pleasant shopping experience. The clerk asked if we had any questions, took us right to what we were looking for and let us shop in peace. He was the perfect amount of attentive without being overbearing and I will absolutely be back. Extremely satisfied with the products and the service!
Amazing experience at this store. Amanda, the associate was far beyond helpful. I came in with a short list of items that were suggested to me, for my daughter. Amanda helped me to find all the items I was searching for and educated/elaborated on what their uses are for. She shared personal information with me about her experience using the products which helped mentor deep confident in my purchase. She was just amazing. Great experience here and will remain a loyal customer because of her.
We had a pleasant experience in this store. We went in, looking for something specific. The young lady behind the counter didn't know a whole lot but was honest about not knowing rather than trying to bull$!#t her way into making a sale. The store was clean, shelves were nicely and well stocked. We will be using this store for our health needs on the products we need.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Welcomed me when I entered the store. Took me to the product I was looking for. No pressure sales. Great experience .
Check online orders. 30 serving instead of 64 serving and cannot have card credited or gift card for the difference. You will have to return to store to exchange.
