Worse service..nothing is ever available, then when you call to make an appointment the system is always down..then you make an appointment and now after not being seen for ONE year you have to start over all again and your considered a new patient which they don't have any more appointments to offer for the year?! Don't waste your time, Medicaid or good insurance and no help.
Horrible experience. Waited over an hour to be told I need blood work and to come back the following week. Next week I come in at my scheduled time to be told the doctor forgot to put in my order work so I need to come back the following week. Finally get my blood work done and was told I'll have the results in 3-5 days. I'm currently on day 10 and still have not heard a word on my results even tho I've called 4x times. Sheeba Clearly doesn't care about her patients from the forgetting to put the orders in down to the taking forever just to give results
When your website says and even at building gate is written that appointment are not necessary and walks in are welcomed then why did i was told to come with appointment, lier stop fooling customers.
Just went in there today to ask for a copy of my daughters medical record. I was advised over the phone that I could just go in without appointment and tell then my request. To my surprise, they are not accepting anyone without any appointment at least thats what it says on the door and the lady receptionist was just doing some kind of hand signal from her seat and didn't even bother asking me about my concern. I called the phone again and I was given the same advise. Now i dont know how would i get the document that i needed the fastest way possible.
We came in for an appointment for my son for his 9 month checkup. When we arrived to the clinic, there was no one to greet us or say hello. We heard voices coming from the "staff only" room. As arriving minutes before our appointment, we were the only car in the parking lot. Thinking to myself this shouldn't take long... When I proceeded to say "hello, anyone here" a young lady came out of the staff room and stated very bluntly, "we're having lunch." Nothing more. Usually in a business, personnel take turns having lunch to make sure service of the business is 1st priority. We waited an extra 15min before anyone had come back out... andddd when the staff finally walked out after having a LOUD conversation, 4 staff members were all eating together. Very disappointing knowing, not 1 not 2 not even 3 but 4 staff members running this surburban clinic have the privilege of taking lunch together with no one manning the desk/offices....... GREAT JOB serving with compassion & being operational excellent. Sincerely, A very dissatisfied patient looking for a new clinic
I was with vna clinic for couple years,I made an appointment as an existing patient and was not told that I need to bring anything. I was expecting the same fee,because nothing changed with my income. The clinic was empty at the time of my appointment,after 10 min front desk lady came out and started demanding proof of income. When I stayed that I doing have it with me she said that I will be charged the full fee. I asked her why I can not be charged the same fee based on my previous visit,she could not answer it. So i left. I felt like she want to get rid of me with any excuse to come back to her lunch.They are unproffesional and unorganized.
From the scheduler to the receptionist to the Nurse to the Nurse Practitioner; everyone I dealt with who was associated with my VNA Health Care appointment were absolutely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
Have been coming to this location many times. Haven’t had any bad experience, fortunately everyone’s been nice. The wait time is too much, depending on the day, but it usually takes 45+ minutes of wait to be directed to a room.
Hello friends don't come to VNA HEALTH CARE service so bad
I am very disappointed at this place I would not recommend it I was with VNA for about 2 years and out of 2 school physicals my daughter had in those 2 years she was missing vaccines and I found out because of a letter from the school the doctor never told me she was missing 2 vaccines I can't imagine someone else with something serious and not taken care of the proper way.
