Voertman's Gallery is an 'open submission' public gallery and community space in Denton, TX. Located in the historic Fry St. neighborhood.
Our focus is on the exhibition of contemporary art by local emerging and regional artists, as well as students of the neighboring College of Visual Arts and Design at the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University. Our mission is to help support Denton's creative arts communities by offering our space for the use of public art exhibitions, performances, community workshops, and to provide a space for open dialogue and sharing. Voertman's Gallery offers an opportunity for emerging artists to gain experience applying for shows, exhibiting work, and promoting their efforts to an exciting community.
