Jenene was a big help and she was able to get my storage needs taken care of at the last minute.
It was fantastic to have Janine answer the phone when we called! She helped us determine the right size unit and get us settled right away. She seems very experienced and well versed with storage. She put us in a nice, clean unit that's easily accessible for our business use.
The security at Volcano Self Storage seems good and the pricing is quite reasonable. Janine, the manager, is very helpful and pleasant, and Jim was a wonderful help when my husband had to back our trailer into storage spot.
We love using Volcano Self Storage! The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. The manager is kind and thoughtful, and always willing to help out. This is genuinely our first choice in Albuquerque for any of our storage needs!
I stored my travel trailer at Volcano Self Storage for nearly 10 months without any difficulties whatsoever. My experience was most pleasant and had I not sold my travel trailer, it would most likely still be there.
I had my RV parked at the storage lot the last few years. The first couple of years were good and the price was reasonable. Then within this last year my RV got broken into twice with essentially no response from volcano storage. So instead of beefing up their security they raised our rates! That’s why I left. I do not recommend this storage facility. The security measures are weak.
Audrianna is awesome. She took care of the little issues I had like a professional. The team is pleasant to work with. The location is in a nice quiet safe area. Taking care of my storage is one thing I don't have to worry about here.
Good place to store your RV/ Travel Trailer. Rented a space for my 30ft TT for a few months. Secure location; management was very helpful and accommodating when I needed something.
Be careful of this facility. The storage is isolated, there is no security, no cameras, etc. The issue is that anyone can walk around the exterior of the facility, there is access all the way around it. At night people can go around unnoticed. Even though it has fences, they are useless. The bottoms of the fences can be picked up a few feet, easily. I had a travel trailer stored here, it was broken in to twice in 8 months that it was there, the last time causing over $1700 in damage, I had nothing in it to steal. The trailer next to mine was broken in to also, they told me that was the 3rd time they were broken in to. During the time I used the facility there were also multiple break-ins of locked storage units that I was told about from renters. The management and maintenance I talked to were always nice, but apparently the owners of this facility have no plans to make it secure. Check the location, perimeter, fences etc. for yourself and ask how many reports of vandalism they have had. Update 06/20/2018, went by the Volcano storage this week, looked for security cameras there, did not see any, then talked to personnel there, there are no security cameras at the facility like was a said in the response by the owner to my review. For those interested in this storage facility, go see for yourself.
