Owner and President
A United States Army veteran, Steve Vondrak has served his country and his clients for the last 29 years. Mr. Vondrak has managed projects in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Russia, Albania and various other countries. Following seven years of active military duty Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors. He received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law where he served as Chairman of the Pepperdine School of Law Honor Board and was President and Founder of the Pepperdine Law School Veterans Association. Steve has negotiated international manufacturing contracts in China and Peru for multiple startup company clients and has successfully litigated or negotiated hundreds of real estate disputes and drafted multiple estate plans.
Mr. Vondrak is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds an FAA license as a private plane pilot. He is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California.
