I'd strongly avoid booking with this travel agency and Heidi Pivnick. She was very nice to our face when booking our large, expensive wedding, but as soon as we had an issue with Sandals she wasn't helpful at all. She's impossible to reach on a timely basis because she's also off traveling for free as a travel agent. She books us on dates that are not what we asked for and then takes forever to rebook for you. We've been asking since the spring it's September now for dates this fall. She finally got back to us and gives us dates we didn't ask for. Excuse after excuse. Go with another travel agent if you want good service.
