I get my aids through VTM.  My aids don’t all show up on time and I find myself feeling frustrated.  Seems like the aids think their time is more valuable than mine.  I find the staff that are in the office do care about my experience with VTM which makes me feel heard.  Just know that you maybe a month without a helper.
