Was invited to an event there. The place is small inside. Very clean however could use some more lighting. The parking lot is small. There is plenty of off street parking available it is on a hill, so ladies if you have on heels you will have to tip toe. Lol. Over all not a bad place to host a small event. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the lighting and I only noticed one exit.

I had not been there in many years, but I must say they fixed it up nicely. I loved it, I was very comfortable. It's a great small party space.

Had a great time out dancing. Great atmosphere, you will definitely enjoy yourself. Very mature crowd who are just looking to have fun.

I was part of a event that required using the kitchen. We set up a meal buffet style that required using a part of the room that was cluttered with stuff which should have been cleared for patrons to use the entire space. The kitchen was fifthy. Non functional . We didn’t have to use it because our food was pre-prepared . So in terms of water we used the bathroom sink . The female bathroom had 2 toilets both were slowed to flush and about to back up. As for the Mens bathroom not aware of any issues. The ceiling panels over our buffet style food were stained lifted and dirty. The entire ceiling could be upgraded. This place has served the black community over fifty years or more . I would think the owners could upgrade this place to provide a functional kitchen and bathroom . Both of these areas are essential to use for any event. This establishment provide rental To include wedding receptions, Parties, funeral repasses , baby showers etc. this review is not to bashed but hopefully get the attention of the owners. The parking was okay although small but there is a side entrance off from the building . I was embarrassed because the people who assisted with food had to worked harder to make the occasion successful. I would not advised anyone to use this place

Older crowd.. you can learn how to Line dance & hand dance from 5pm - 7pm. After 7pm it will be $5.00 cost. dress to impress.

Nice and clean. Went to a friend birthday party was great there. The people who work there was nice and freindly.

The firefighters know how to make everyone feel at home,the food an meeting people when they have events r a blast....
