“Products” from this lab are a complete nightmare. They do not provide a completed product, time required chair side is not feasible for any practice trying to finish in a timely manner. Customer service is unhelpful and unapologetic. Do not use this lab if you value a quality product. Their crowns also appear to be an unfinished product.
Giving one star because 0 is not an option. We only used them one time and will never again order from here. This is the most dismal company to deal with. We purchased a product, realized immediately that we wouldn't need it and returned it. 9 days after Vulcan received the product we were not refunded. I called to check and was told that the one person who could do refunds was out sick and they would do it when they returned but could not tell me when that would be. Now I understand working during COVID we are all doing it short handed, however it is ridiculous to only have one person able to do a vital job in a retail environment. I let them know that I would be requesting a charge back on my credit because it is unacceptable to keep a customer's funds for over two weeks after a retuned product was received. After 6 weeks most likely when they received the notification of my charge back I was refunded. Two weeks later I am then sent a collections letter stating that my account was over due for the product that I returned and that they had been attempting to contact me with no success. This is completely untrue and Vulcan could not produce the previous contacts. The woman I spoke to confirmed that this letter should never have been send and apologized. Which was at least nice of her to do, I realize that many employees have to take the brunt of many things that are a result of poor systems implemented by the company they work for. But it does not mean I as a customer need to utilize their services, there are plenty of other places I can chose to buy our supplies.
have had about 50% of my abutments not fit with the core files that were sent. Crowns right out of my mill will not go onto the abutments that they were made to fit I finally had enough and called the lab to tell them I would be switching if they were unable to fix the problem or help me troubleshoot what the issue might be. I was told that there is nothing they can do. You get what you get basically and there are no refunds when their products do not fit or when you have to remake your work because they send someone else's files. What a shame, i was spending quite a bit of money at this lab
Their implant guides snap in perfectly every single time. Their customer service has been rutinely excellent. If you use their planning feature, they have excellent oral radiologists that assist with planning complex cases.
I don't deal with this company often, but the times I have there is nothing but problems. This time they decided to not send out the models because they needed it to be paid prier to shipping. Now one would think that they would have told me that when I talked to them over the phone about shipping it next day air, but NO, they decided to hold it and not even send a email or a phone call to let me know. Poor business management! Other labs I have talked to have had similar problems from this from Vulcan. And, lets not talk about how expensive this company is!
They nickel and dime over things. They do quality work but the delivery dates are always a problem and they charge inflated costs when they should be same as biohorizons. What got me is they charge a model design to convert the file from a stl to a printable file. 2 stars because of the work, but its cheaper to "design" in house.
Great milling and surgical guide center. Helped me along the way and responsive. Will be using them again in conjunction with my dental lab.
You guys are horrible. You should be embarrassed not returning calls for days. I think it’s harder to reach the president than it is to get someone from your company on the phone.
I had a wonderful experience with all their products. My patients have never been happier.
Me and my patients are loving the abutments. Vulcan is a masterclass in customer service and premium products.
